Great value and great location!

For the price you pay - it was perfect, the room & bathroom were spacious and the ladies at reception were very friendly and lovely!
My only hesitance was that the rooms, when unoccupied appeared to be left open and that made me question the cleanliness but it appears to be common practice.
The location is great with lovely restaurants nearby and a mini supermarket directly opposite the hotel which is ideal for stocking up on drinks and snacks before an excursion.
Complimentary wifi was a lovely surprise and it worked well!
again for the price it really felt like great value!

Great customer service

This hotel was very reasonably priced for Diego, and the owner and staff were extremely helpful. I even had a mixup with a taxi driver that they were extremely helpful in resolving. I recommend this hotel based on the fair pricing and the excellent customer service.

Nice Hotel, Great Staff !

Diego is an expensive place (apparently), but this hotel gave a reasonable price for what its offering.
the room is big, we had a ceiling fan, hot water in the shower, city center.
we came to Antsiranana after 3 weeks in Madagascar - no English for 3 weeks (and i don't speak French...), so we where very lucky that we met Marie. sh work at the reception and speaks English fluently !!! what a joy!!! she really helped us during our stay, and made it a very pleasant (thank you Marie!!)
a little tip - just across the street there is a travel agency. we wanted to go to the Emerald sea, they were the cheapest agency to book, and we had a great time!

Mediocre

Un hôtel che va bene per chi si deve fermare pochi giorni. Le camere doppie sono abbastanza ampie, con televisione, bagno privato grande, anche se non posso sorvolare il fatto che nella nostra doccia fosse presente una presa di corrente per il boiler dell'acqua. Certo la presa era in alto, e la si poteva chiudere con una protezione in plastica, ma pur sempre nella doccia... Motivo per il quale ho preferito fare la doccia con l'acqua fredda (il doccino in basso) dal quale l'acqua usciva lentamente pure col rubinetto aperto al massimo.
Nonostante questo, la stanza era molto pulita ed il personale e proprietario sempre disponibili a risolvere i nostri bisogni.
La camera piccola, ma proprio piccola, ha invece un bagno privato molto ristretto; la camera in questione ha il lavandino a pochi centimetri dal wc. Non il massimo.
Sconsiglio anche io, come in alcune recensioni precedenti, di prendere camere ai piani alti, in quanto le scale sono all'aperto e se dovesse piovere sarebbe un disguido non indifferente.
Pro:
- personale accogliente
- posizione in centro città
- prezzo onesto
- televisione nelle camere doppie con Canal +
- Wi-Fi gratuito e veloce
Contro:
- le rifiniture delle camere (prese di corrente, il wc rialzato e scomodo, il doccino con poca pressione...)
- materassi molto duri
- i rumori dei locali attorno potrebbero disturbare fino a tardi

Pour mon passage Sur diego j'avais choisis cet hôtel un peu septique au départ.
J'ai passé 10 nuits et Tout c'est Tres bién passé.
Chambre 205 aucun bruit de la rue Colbert.
Clim fonctionnant Tres bién.
Wifi Tres bién ( fibre ) meme Dans la chambre.
PersonnelS très chaleureux.
Patron A l'écoute et arrangeant.
Petit Déjeuner correct.
Pour un prix plus que correct.
