FAMILY STAYCATION
A lovely family staycation with something for everyone. Only 1 hour from KL city. The weather was perfect…nice nd cool. The reception staff were very friendly and since we didn’t hv our own car they offered us the shuttle to take us for dinner to restaurants just outside the resort and brought us back also. Our chalet was clean. It contained toiletries, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, tea/coffee/kettle (no fridge), a/c, fan, tv with Astro). The location of chalet was perfect by the play area.. very well maintained gardens. The cafe for morning breakfast was close by. (Asian cuisine). We enjoyed the ATV ride. Horse riding is also available, football, swimming pool, zip line, deer park, bird aviary, pond with geese and swans. Enjoyed the nice walks around the resort. A perfect getaway for families. Even caters for wedding reception. Would def go back

Please prepare for mosquito repellent , this place its really full of mosquito, the room is OK, but, it's a bit old with the wardrobe, and spiders Web around the wardrobe. The facility so far are OK, especially free deer visit and some activities like swimming, football field, trampoline, however the flying fox was under maintainance. The restoran is good, just the food its so limited. But cleanliness and staff was good, thumb up. Its got a river beside the resort, if u like to hear the river sound, this will be good, and there was a horse stable, but, you need to pay to have a ride.

An Enchanting Retreat
During our six-day Forest Healing Miracles program, a group of seven of us visited Bidaisari Resort in Janda Baik. We stayed in the Chalets, a two-storey buildings with two units downstairs and two units upstairs.
Accommodation & Facilities: The chalets provided clean bedsheets, pillows, and blankets. There was ample storage space with a high built-in cupboard, a TV cabinet with drawers, and a small pantry cabinet. The bathroom had a wash basin separating it from the toilet, and the hot water supply and water pressure were consistent for a pleasant shower. The rooms had sufficient power points, lighting, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Additionally, daily room accessories such as clean towels (both big and small), slippers, shower gel, hair shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided. An electric kettle, iron, and ironing board were also available.
Comfort with Room Facilities & Quality: We found the room facilities to be more than sufficient and of satisfactory quality.
Customer Service: Two weeks before our stay, we made a site inspection trip and were warmly received by the resort's General Manager, Encik Mohd Izuan Sulaiman. He provided a tour of the accommodations and amenities, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness. The Marketing Executive, Miss Emmi, at the reception was also friendly and responsive. Communication was smooth as both of them are fluent in spoken and written English. The front desk assistant Miss Hidayah, the shuttle van driver, cleaners, technicians, kitchen helpers, and gardeners all contributed to a welcoming atmosphere with their friendly and responsive attitudes.
Dining Experience: The buffet breakfast offered a wide range of choices catering to different tastes, including cereals, milk, nasi lemak, fried noodles, bread, fruits, kueh (traditional snacks), white porridge with condiments, and a free flow of coffee and tea. The availability of a 24-hour cold and hot water dispenser at the café was a convenient touch.
Location & Surroundings: The resort is conveniently located within an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur and offers abundant natural beauty and fresh air.
Activities & Entertainment: This Resort provides a diverse range of activities suitable for various interests. For our Forest Healing Miracles program, the resort perfectly met our needs with its refreshing atmosphere, cool air, and majestic old trees. It also caters to families, team programs, team-building activities, and honeymooning couples, too. The resort offers activities such as ATV rides, horse riding, swimming, karaoke, and hiking. The presence of peacocks, swans, and other birds added to the overall charm.
Value for Money: Considering the provided facilities, amenities, and services, this Resort offers good value for the price paid.
Pros & Cons:
Strength:
• This Resort is a tranquil and rejuvenating place suitable for activities focused on the mind, body, and soul. It caters to various groups and offers a wide range of activities.
Weaknesses:
• The proximity of the chicken cage to one block of chalets can be bothersome due to rooster crowing between 3 am and 7 am. Relocating the cage would be considerate.
• The café could improve the lunch / dinner selection by including more non-spicy dishes.
• It would be beneficial to provide a hair dryer in the chalets.
Conclusion: This Resort is a clean and well-maintained retreat. Its enchanting forest setting holds numerous hidden gems that will leave you grateful for the wonders of nature and create unforgettable memories.

Spent 2days 1night for workplace family day. All amenities was there. Had amazing moments, room was wonderful, the backyard was spacious, multiple enormous swimming pool and cute place for bbq. Definitely recommended 👍🏻
