Repeat Stay, Nothing Can Go Wrong

Stay : Third Time
Check In : Ronaldo assisted me during my checkin time which I cant thank enough. His service, his wit, his talk and his joke are one of a kind in the service industry. I cant get ahold that whenever I came back to the hotel, he would totally greet me by my name. That is genuine services to the heart.
Room : Level 24 facing Le Meridien is perfect. The room at number 09 is a great one. The size is massive and I love it so much. It can fit 2 or 3 more beds inside the room. Honestly, you need to do something to make the room not feel too empty. Maybe another table or big sofa bed. The amenities are complete. I love it so much. Washroom and changing room is massive.
Dining : The breakfast is spoilt for choice. But I always go to the noodle section whenever I check in here. The soup taste "different" which I meant to say positively. I love it so much. This time, it is 2 bowl for me. Yes, I repeat. And I love the guilty pleasure (sweet donuts).
Facilities : Third time the charm. 2 previous stays, I didnt get to swim in the rooftop pool. On the day of check in, it was raining like crazy and I think I am not able to swim. But the next day, it was clear and finally I get to swim in the pool. Love the view from Rooftop so much.
Satisfaction : 100% satisfaction.
Recommendation : I will spread the good news about this hotel and the services to my friends. Shoutout to Ronaldo for his genuine services thru my stay. Additional shoutout to Idham, Izham, Holland and Dhiaa for excellent services too.

Stayed in this hotel 5-6 years ago a few times and again about 3 years ago, the experience were good. However, I can see the signs of aging in the hardware and even the towels

Brilliant!
Generally amazing hotel. Wasn't impressed with the staff at the rooftop bar, as it felt like they tried to play you when it came to happy hour drinks, but everything else was brilliant: rooms, swimming pool, service, all great. The buffet at the nook was particularly amazing. We were served by bippi who was very friendly and helpful.

We checked out on 28 Aug 2028. The staff was helpful assisting us with our luggages from the room till the MAS check in counter at KL Sentral. Thank you Syed.

The staff were helpful and friendly from the minute we got off our ride at the hotel front door. Making guests feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast spread was scrumptious and spoilt for choice. Najib was friendly and prompt serving us at our table.
We enjoyed our stay at Aloft and its not our first nor our last stay.
