The best Hotel experience
It was a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South. I received a very warm welcome from the Front Desk team, especially Mr. Syarif who professionally explained the check-in process.
As we were celebrating a special occasion, the room had been beautifully decorated and a lovely welcome amenity had been prepared for us by him. It made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast also offered a great variety of choices and we truly enjoyed it.
A special thank you to Ms. Loshani for assisting us during check-out and for taking the time to ask for our feedback.
Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommended and definitely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had!

Breakfast Experience
Me n my family today went to courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur south,there we meet chef Sarah for the first time n she was very kind ,humble n very caring person ,she make our breakfast experience run very smoothly hope to see her again,God bless her n many more prosperity and thank you so much for everything

Scam establishment
I wouldn't want to say more, the only thing I need to mention here is that this establishment is a scam. To all Marriott Bon Voy members, please double check your reward, points, etc. upon completing your stay. Mine was not shown and there is no solution from their end until today. 1 + 1 star for innocent staff.

Tq ,Julia And team for excellent service
We were here for a medical symposium as committe.
Location: strategic in midst of KL for business meetings.
Atmosphere: the ambience is nice and exclusive.
Rooms: Twin/king room is Spacious with extra sofa bed, can accomodate even 3 adults in comfort. Basic necessity is provided. Got tap water that's ready for drink. Steam Iron looks brand new and not burnt, unlike some other hotel. TV channels: got a few but i didn't explore further as we are pretty tired with conferences. Aircond is adjustable and functioning well. View: KL city. Certain room has magnificent city view. We are in room without any balcony.
Food: we had breakfast and lunch buffet in the hotel - loads of varieties, but mainly on local dishes (to my favour). Some of the dish is too salty like curry/masala and lamb bbq. I think Sambals (all types),kerabu mangga and steam fish are the best so far. Others are good as well. Hainanese coffee is top notch.other cafe latte is provided from the machine as well.
Value: quite pricey yet worth the money.
Cleanliness: 9/10
Service: very good. The bell girls are very helpful with our belongings since we need to change room in between.
We would like to extend a special thank you to our Liaison Officer, Ms. Julia, for her exceptional support during the symposium. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements and address any gaps. Her ability to act decisively when challenges arose was part of instrumental to our success.
Other facilities:
Pool: Good.
Parking: RM6 flatrate for delegates and hotel customer which is very good.
Surau at level 3: very spacious, suitable and comfortable to accommodate large number of delegates at a time.
Got small mall complex with varieties of shop at the ground and LG level.
