Definitely recommended
I had an overnight stay at the room to grow. Really enjoyed the whole experience at kloe hotel. Definitely consider coming here as a nomad creative who wants a change on environment once in a while.

Must stay!
My partner and I spent 2 nights at the KLoe hotel and we absolutely LOVED it. The location is perfect, it’s boutique so not too busy, the breakfast was insanely delicious but it was the the staff who we loved the most! So friendly, warm and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again!

Hospitality That Worked Wonders
We recently stayed at KLoé Hotel for 3D2N and had an amazing experience from start to finish.
This was a short getaway for my partner before his second surgery in June, so I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to see if they could help make the stay a little special.
Even before arrival, the team responded promptly and warmly to a last-minute request, which already left a positive impression. Throughout our stay, the service remained consistently thoughtful and genuine.
A special shoutout to CK the Front Office Manager, Ahmad and the rest of Front Office team, including the housekeeping team, and everyone else who contributed to making our stay memorable. We were pleasantly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and a handwritten note, which added a very personal touch to the experience.
I won’t go into too much detail about everything they did for us, as I believe every guest and occasion is different, and what made our stay special was the sincerity and personalization behind it.
Check-in was smooth, warm and welcoming. The Chinese lady with short hair at reception greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by the front desk and explained everything clearly upon arrival. Check-out was equally efficient and hassle-free. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the names of many of the staff members as I didn’t notice any name tags, but every team member we interacted with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful and they certainly deserve recognition for their hospitality.
The hotel itself has a unique industrial-chic design that gives it plenty of character. From the raw concrete walls and exposed fixtures to the thoughtfully curated art and cozy communal spaces, every corner feels intentional and photogenic without trying too hard.
The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. One detail we particularly enjoyed was the nostalgic childhood snacks provided in the room, which brought back fond memories and added a fun uniquely Malaysian touch to the stay.
Location-wise, it was very convenient. Grab rides were easy to get and most places we wanted to visit were only a short drive away. There is also a McDonald’s located just behind the hotel, which came in handy for a quick meal or late-night snack.
For smokers, there is a designated outdoor smoking area within the hotel grounds, which is a thoughtful addition without affecting the overall guest experience.
Areas for improvement:
• The pool could benefit from a better filtration system. It’s not a large pool, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it would enhance the experience.
• Soundproofing in the room could be improved for light sleepers. I’m a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me much, but my partner could still hear some traffic noise from outside.
Overall, we absolutely loved the hotel’s atmosphere, design and, most importantly, its hospitality. KLoé Hotel has a unique charm that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply accommodated.
Thank you to the entire KLoé team for working wonders and making our stay such a memorable one for us. We look forward to returning again.

Best place for couples to stay in Bukit Bintang area
Nice place and good services. The room is so cormfy and pretty. Facilities are also in a good hand. Oh ya, the best part they giving a lot of in house snack and drinks.

Elegant boutique style hotel good location
Good location lovely staff great design - rooms were lovely very spacious lovely bathroom and shower - complimentary snack a lovely touch - loved the creative design - however I would offer a private shower room for guests to use on departure
