Used the roof pool twice, drinks at the bar were excellent.
Comfortable nights sleep with blackout blinds and comfortable bed and pillows.
It was my partners birthday the day we arrived and the hotel decorated the room with balloons.

The staff at the reception, concierge, and housekeeping were all exceptionally helpful, friendly, and prompt in providing excellent service. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks daily from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch.
The location is excellent, with many shopping malls, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the Bukit Bintang area.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Easy checkin, nice room, comfy bed, good shower area.
Good selection for breakfast( especially the fried chicken)
Even have complimentary afternoon tea with samosas, spring rolls and other snacks.
Great location next to the main area in Bukit Bintang with easy access to the monorail and MRT station.
We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent Stay with Great Hospitality in the Heart of Bukit Bintang
I had a very pleasant experience overall. One of the highlights of the stay was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel — from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping teams. Everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming.
The room was consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was delicious with good variety, and the lunch served was equally impressive.
The hotel atmosphere is stylish yet relaxing, and the location is excellent, especially for anyone wanting easy access to Bukit Bintang and nearby attractions.
Just one small suggestion for improvement — while 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water are provided daily, it would be great if additional drinking water could also be provided without extra charge.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would gladly return again in the future.
