Thoải mái và thư giãn với phòng sạch sẽ và gọn gàng mặc dù có nhiều bữa ăn sáng tuyệt vời. Nhân viên thân thiện và chu đáo. Các cơ sở như hồ bơi và thể dục dụng cụ là một phần của những điều phải thử.

Chúng tôi đặt một căn hộ 3 phòng ngủ trong 3 đêm. Trong khi chuyến bay của chúng tôi đến muộn từ KL, chúng tôi đã đặt một phòng không hút thuốc nhưng có một cái gạt tàn trên bàn cà phê và căn hộ đầy mùi thuốc lá. Phòng khách và phòng ngủ lớn, nhưng trang trí rất cũ. Rèm trong cả hai phòng tắm đều cũ, cũ kỹ và được bao phủ trong khuôn. Bữa sáng ở tầng dưới rất trung bình và đáng thất vọng. Một số món ăn nóng lạnh. Khi so sánh với khách sạn Imperial ở Kuching (đẹp), khách sạn ở Miri cần được tân trang lại hoàn toàn và quản lý tốt hơn. Chúng tôi đã thắng được ở lại.

Thank you for choosing Imperial Hotel Miri. I am very sorry for the disappointing experience during your stay with our room and breakfast. Your request for a non-smoking room should have been honoured as I know how annoying it can be for a non smoker to have to tolerate the smell of stall cigarettes. I will look into this matter to ensure immediate improvement for future bookings. As for the deco and blinds, we are continuously renovation our apartment units and you are right as some of them are very dated. The progress of our renovations are not going as fast as we hoped but nonetheless, we are still continuing forward.
Your feedback on cold dishes for breakfast will also be looked into and I will highlight this to our service and kitchen team. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us and highlighting areas for improvement and we would also like to thank you for choosing Imperial Hotel for your stay in Kuching. I am sorry that you have decided that Imperial Hotel Miri does not meet your expectations. Vị trí tốt
Imperial nằm ở trung tâm thị trấn Miri, gần với mặt tiền sông, Bintang Mall chỉ cách đó 5 phút. Chưa kể khách sạn có Imperial Mall cả cũ và mới.
Phòng sạch sẽ và nệm thoải mái. Chỉ bay trong thuốc mỡ là khi lần đầu tiên vào phòng, trước đây một số người đã lẻn vào một vài khói khi mùi thuốc lá cũ bốc lên. Có dịch vụ phòng để phun, đã tốt hơn.

Căn hộ có 2 phòng với gia đình.
Tôi thích căn hộ này bên cạnh phòng vệ sinh đơn, những thứ khác là tốt. Bếp nấu, cuttleries, đĩa, thớt, tủ lạnh một cửa, lò vi sóng, bàn ăn cho ghế sofa 6, 3 - 1 - 1 và tivi led 40 inch với đầu đĩa dvd. Tôi ở lại 3 ngày 2 đêm. Ngày thứ 2, người dọn phòng đến và thay tất cả khăn tắm và khăn lau sàn của tôi, đổ đầy túi cà phê và túi trà, sửa giường, lau chùi thùng rác và có thể quét sàn nhà. Đại siêu thị nằm ở 1 là rất hữu ích. Máy đổi tiền ở tầng trệt ngay bên ngoài khách sạn và đường hầm đến cánh mới ở tầng 5 là tuyệt vời. Nhân viên bể bơi trên tầng 5 rất hữu ích và các nhân viên trong nhà hàng cũng vậy. Nhà hàng sạch sẽ với rất nhiều sự lựa chọn. Tôi muốn giới thiệu khách sạn này cho khách du lịch gia đình hoặc nhóm và sẽ quay lại ở lại trong chuyến thăm tiếp theo của tôi. Hãy tiếp tục phát huy!

Vị trí thuận tiện
Phòng rộng rãi, giường sạch sẽ và thoải mái. Đầy đủ tiện nghi thuận tiện cho du khách kinh doanh và khách sạn nằm cạnh trung tâm mua sắm. Tuy nhiên, có hiệu ứng âm thanh lớn / tiếng ồn từ bên cạnh ho ặc xuống bên dưới tòa nhà (không chắc là nó đến từ đâu) có thể gây nhiễu. Phòng tôi ở có view biển và view sông thật thú vị. Lựa chọn bữa sáng là trung bình nhưng thực phẩm là ngon.

Based on your room description, I am guessing that you stayed at our Imperial New wing, and the sound you are referring to might be from TGV cinemas. We have soundproofed our floors and rooms prior to the opening of the hotel in anticipation of the sound system of the theater but have noticed that it is not sufficient to completely isolate the sound from traveling. I apologize while we continue to look for ways to improve our guests' stay and experience. Kindly highlight the reception team for your future check in that you prefer to be away from the cinema and we can arrange for you to be on our 4th or 5th floor.
Your comment on the breakfast choices in noted as we continue to work at providing more options and varieties to our guests.
