For a newly opened hotel, it's pretty good.
This hotel is a bit out of the way in Port Dickson. It takes at least twenty minutes to drive in from that city center. It's inconvenient to drive out to buy things or have dinner, as it takes time. However, the hotel has all the basic facilities. like water dispenser, Wi-Fi, water heater, locker, refrigerator, etc. also a playground-style swimming pool, Their buffet breakfast also offers a wide variety of choices. If I have the chance to come here again in the future, I'd like to go again. Also, we are still enjoying the Chinese New Year. However, the hotel staff, especially the Muslim staff, are during Ramadan cannot eat, so thank you for your hard work.

Mixed experience: Great room upgrade but highly inconvenient hotel layout
Our stay here had some major ups and downs. Check-in started on a bad note as our initial room and balcony were quite dirty. However, I was relieved and grateful when the hotel management upgraded us to a family suite, which was much better and much cleaner.
Unfortunately, we faced several inconveniences during the rest of our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very unstable and kept dropping. Additionally, the hotel layout is a massive hassle to navigate. Both the adult pool and the waterpark are located very far away from the main rooms. There is no direct lift to the waterpark either—we actually had to walk all the way through the cafe area just to access the lift that goes there.
Guests should also note that there are no outside restaurants nearby. If you want to eat anywhere besides the hotel cafe, you will definitely need to drive or order a Grab to get to the food spots.
While the family suite was lovely and the service recovery was appreciated, the property's confusing layout, poor tech infrastructure, and isolated location made it hard to fully relax.
Unfortunately, we faced several inconveniences during the rest of our stay. The Wi-Fi connection was very unstable and kept dropping. Additionally, the hotel layout is a massive hassle to navigate. While many families enjoy the spacious environment this creates, we understand that the walking distances and navigation may not be ideal for every guest, and we appreciate your honest observations.
As for our location, we are situated in the quieter Pasir Panjang area of Port Dickson, away from the busier town centre. While this offers a more peaceful retreat, it does mean that nearby dining and retail options are limited, and transportation is often required to explore the surrounding area.

A very new hotel, currently in soft launch. Glad I booked the seaview room, the view is really nice and peaceful.
The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is big too.
Staff were super friendly, and there’s Netflix and YouTube, so it’s great even if you just stay in.
The splash park is open for kids now, and the adult area will be opening soon.
Will definitely choose Quest Hotel again next time I’m in PD!

Its very good for family vacation
its a new hotel, quiet place, nice place and clean but something no good on your eyes staff attire no properly as a worker and no rest room for staff smoking or take a rest. Food is good not so good no so bad but just nice. Security no so friendly no trolley luggage or bellboy. Its good for family vacation because they have a park for kids they will love it n enjoy for the whole time but no adult pool at all. So far to the beach and access to beach must go out about 5-8 km from hotel. Who don't have transport its very difficult to the beach. To get transport I not know sure. About WIFI I not sure I didn't ask about that sorry guys. I give 3.5 stars
