Easily one of the top hotels in Greater Male'. Amazing service, perfect location, friendly staff. 10/10
As someone who works in tourism, I could always tell if the service is standard and professional. From reception staff to housekeeping staff to Food & Beverage staff, everyone is professional and friendly.
Perfectly cleaned room, all the amenities one could ask for, a modern in-villa menu with delicious food, and prompt, professional service - what more could you ask for?
I have stayed in other hotels on different occasions, and could tell that Acacia’s service is unmatched!
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a convenient, peaceful stay, whether it be for a week or just for a layover.
Oh and the location is just perfect. I love sed view rooms.

I really liked it, beautiful location, clean, I was put in a room with a balcony, well located
I wasn't satisfied with something, and I was pleased with the professional reaction, and really made every effort to resolve the issue.
I recommend it, and I'll come back many more times myself.

Rubbish Hotel!! Avoid or you will regret. Fake reviews its not a 3 star Hotel, rather guesthouse 1 star
Stay away from this so-called hotel, it was absolutely terrible. This is not a 3-star hotel, but more like a 1-star guesthouse, or worse.
The bathroom/toilet setup was a complete joke, with insects crawling around, making it unhygienic and uncomfortable. We had booked and paid extra for 3 people, yet the hotel tried to haggle over basics like bottled water, giving us only one bottle for all three guests — completely unacceptable.
The breakfast was a major letdown. Instead of the buffet breakfast advertised, we were handed a pre-packed meal, which was both underwhelming and shocking (pic attached).
If you have any experience with proper 3-star accommodations and breakfast services, you will regret staying here. This place fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
