A touch of Bali in Malta
We had a lovely spa day and enjoyed a relaxing couples’ massage. The hotel is beautifully presented, with immaculate outdoor pool facilities and exceptionally comfortable sunbeds. The jacuzzi was one of our favourite features, as it was pleasantly warm and very relaxing.
We also chose to have lunch at the hotel. While it was on the expensive side, the food was of good quality and we enjoyed our meal overall.

Poor management and customer service
Most disappointing experience ever at this hotel. I was gifted a voucher for my birthday and went to redeem the voucher. I sent them a photo of said voucher to book. Unfortunately I misplaced the voucher and despite the photographic evidence they refused to even consider the booking. I guess they need to keep up with the digital era. very disappointing indeed!

A monetary voucher is treated in the same way as cash. Possession of a photograph does not invalidate the original voucher or prevent it from being presented and redeemed by someone else. If a person subsequently presented the original voucher, we would have no reliable way of establishing that it had already been used based on a photograph alone.
You were also advised when the booking was confirmed that the physical voucher must be collected by reception upon check-in.
This is standard practice when redeeming a voucher and is necessary to protect both the hotel and the voucher holder against duplicate use.
We appreciate that losing the voucher is frustrating, and our decision is not intended to show a lack of consideration. However, accepting a photograph in place of the original would expose the hotel to the risk of honouring the same voucher twice. For this reason, we are unable to accept or redeem a lost voucher without the original document.
We would kindly ask that you look once more for the original voucher. If you are able to locate it, please contact us again and we will be happy to assist you with its redemption.
We regret that we cannot provide the resolution you were hoping for at this time, but we hope you understand why this requirement must be applied consistently.

We had a excellent stay and enjoyed it very much. We found the staff very friendly and ready to help with every request we had. The wonderful Verica went out of her way to plan our adventures and was always patient enough to explain things to us which was a lot of times.
The food was amazing and we had breakfast included on our booking which was good value with the variety of options they offered. The facilities were always clean and we enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. We opted for a full body massage which was wonderful.
Our room was fully equipped with what we needed and was cleaned very well every day.
The location was ideal and very accessible by bus to the major locations, 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop for a bus to Valletta or a 5 min walk into town for more options to other locations. The taxi fare was not too expensive either which we used after days of exploring. We preferred this to a sea front holiday as it was very peaceful with a village feel but had so many amenities and a lot of shops and restaurants close by. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we visit Malta in the future.

Peaceful haven in Malta
We've had a wonderful week in your beautiful hotel. We thought the room was excellent, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. All your staff have been a real pleasure, helpful and friendly and professional.
The amenities are lovely, especially the pools and bar / restaurant. We ate here several times and each time was delicious.
We feel we found the perfect hotel to explore Malta and then return each day to a peaceful haven. In one week we have visited Mdina, Rabat, Valetta, Comino, Gozo and Riviera beaches, also the temples at Hagar Qin. Our first visit to Malta but I'm sure not our last. Thank you to all your team at The Boutique hotel and spa.

Everything was good. Relaxing place. You did however have to pay for water (they only offer two free water bottles on the first night) which is dissapointing for a hotel like this.
