Friendly staff

The staff was really warm and welcoming. They even made a cake especially for my birthday. The room was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near Port Louis by taxi.

The room was clean , amenities was ok they could do better the staff was very welcoming and polite.

Very bad experience because we had to rebook elsewhere

Really disappointed between what the photos let hope and the sad reality of the place. Arriving we wondered if the GPS had not budged when seeing the entrance and access. The parking neither ,did not put us in confidence when it comes to the quality of the establishment ,which is confirmed when we took possession of the rooms. We expressed our discontent, which was not heard and we left without having at least a discount on the fact that the owners would be able to re-rent the room ..( probably in my humble opinion ) So here is if this remark can save you the same inconveniences good for you.

Beautiful little place

Villa Alizee is a lovely little place. The staff and owners are eager to assist you with everything and are truly polite and friendly. The housekeeper and chef managed everything wonderfully, and Jennifer from the staff made our two-night stay especially pleasant. There isn't much to do nearby, but if you have a car, you can easily reach Port Louis or the northern beaches. The staff is also happy to help with taxi bookings, etc., if you're traveling without a car. Many thanks for everything to the Villa Alizee team!

Amazing stay

Amazing hotel with cozy rooms and amazing set .
Jean was the owner is an amazing host. Beautiful rooftop restaurant with great foods and drink .Perfect set up for breakfast.Large parking space ,beautiful garden.Fully recommend this place.
