Excelente pero no apto para whitexicans

Si eres un Javi Noble que espera subir sus historias a IG en el balcón de un hotel lujoso, no vengas. El lugar es increíble, no sólo por el precio, la atención del personal es inigualable, siguen los protocolos sanitarios y las habitaciones son muy limpias. Normalmente cuando voy a la playa lo que me interesa es el mar, pero si eres de los sufren por un letrero de no molestar o porque tu agua micelar no reacciona con el agua tibia de la regadera... Mejor quédate en el Mayan.

Lousy furniture

The location is good and good size rooms, but air from the rooms lousy, no hot water, the furniture some things are worn and old, the restaurant with lots of fly and no good ventilation, the showers of the pool seem worn, parking reduced.

Great no frills place to stay

The hotel was recommended to me by one of the staff at the Acapulco airport – only needed a place for one night as I arrived a day before our reservations at a local resort which didn’t have room for me to add a night.
The staff were very friendly and helpful to me. I really appreciated the fact that they were so patient with my lack of Spanish. There was no one there who spoke English so I muddled through with the few words of Spanish I know, sign language and my translator app!
The room was clean and adequately equipped. No coffee/tea making station.
There is a beautiful pool down stairs which I enjoyed the morning I was there. Breakfast was decent and well priced.
A short walk from the hotel to the corner there is a convenience store where you can buy basics if you need from drinks to laundry powder.
The area is very safe and I went for a two hour walk which was through resort and hotel areas. Considering that Acapulco doesn’t have a very good name when it comes to safety this was definitely an area you didn’t have to worry about.
I would recommend this to anyone who needs a no frills place to stay. If however you would like to be in old Acapulco where all the action is then this is too far unless you have your own transportation. Cab rides can get very expensive.

Not worth it! WORST SERVICE EVER.

We arrived at 5 am after a long drive and the guy in the reception didn't know we added an extra bedroom to our reservation. So, besides the deposit we made upfront for the first night. He demanded us the full payment of the room without knowing the arrangement we had with the manager. Besides, he couldn't tell us about our reservation because he did not have the password of the computer. The only thing we wanted to do at 5am in the morning was to rest decently and he only wanted to charge to let us in.
The room is dirty, the shower had a big leak... So we asked to fix it. But they didn't do anything. We had a big flood for the rest of our staying.
The promised us extra towels... but they not only forgot it, they denied us an extra towel in the room.
During our staying there, the guy called me to pay the rest of our reservation. We were supposed to leave the next day and he couldn't wait until our check out to complete the balance. They were really insistent on the money but not in providing a DECENT SERVICE.
I would not recommend this place at all. WORST SERVICE EVER.
There are cheaper hotels with better service in the same area.
At the end of our reservation I talked to the manager... she was "sorry" for the inconvenience but she didn't do anything to make it up.
Plus the don't have cancellation policies... so be ware.

Pésima atención en recepción

Pesima atención al huésped en recepción hoy 9 de julio 2023
Hablé para hacer unas preguntas sobre el hotel, ya que tengo algunas necesidades especiales, y la mujer que contesto, me dijo que si no hablaba para reservar en ese momento mejor no le hiciera perder el tiempo. Hasta me colgó el teléfono argumentando que no había nadie más que ella por ser domingo.
Ojalá tomen en cuéntala pésima actuó de servicio de esta mujer
