Good option, still needs a few tweaks…

View: 10/10
Lots of extra fees after booking 25% incl taxes. Great views, great condo, great bed. Excellent tv options free Netflix
Sewage smell needs to be corrected. Pots and pans too basic, hot water needs 5 mins but hot. No coffee maker. Breakfast a bit basic.

This place photographs beautifully, but sadly, it's built next to an open-air dump and the smell is so terrible it gave me a crippling migraine within hours. We had to leave after the first night, losing the money we paid for a week's stay, which the hotel refused to refund despite knowing perfectly well what the issue is. Expedia was no help either. Save your vacation and for god's sake, avoid this place!

The ocean view king room is in a state of disrepair. The balcony door does not latch, so a slide lock was added but this does not seal it enough to keep out the stink from the sewage treatment plant. Blinds covered in handprints, grubby walls, water damaged main door, heavily corroded bathroom mirrors, no hot water and a very sad breakfast to boot. We prepaid for one week and left after one night - the property refused any refund (all the booking options we saw were non-refundable) BEWARE.

Disgusted

I run an international travel company. In the 10 years we have been operating we have stayed in some sketchy places. This. The Place I have ever stayed. He began with an incredibly rocky road to the gate. The clerk did not take a security deposit or identification when we landed. Our room had a water damage damaged main door. and furniture. The patio door did not have a secure lock and only had a bolt. We decided to stick it out. In the morning, we to realize the windows were filthy, there was no hot water to shower, and the bathroom fixtures were loose. The door to the patio did not seal which caused the stench from the sewage treatment plant 350 m away to filter into our room We abandoned the accommodation which is a first for us. The hotel refused to refund any portion of our stay. The breakfast consisted of steel baked goods, three types of cut fruit and a jug of orange juice. The discontent on the faces of the other patrons was impossibleto miss. Many were discussing how to get out. I do not recommend this stash Blish to anyone. You would be better to stay ina shanty with no Door than you would to seek accommodation in this location. The only reason it has a one rating from me is because it is impossible togive it zero. To repeat I am not some five star traveler who ended up in a bad spot. We do not travel high end and we like to experience the local.

RUN AWAY AND DON’T LOOK BACK!!!

We’ve stayed in a few low end joints in our lives but this took the award for worst overall experience. From the smell of the sewage treatment plant, faucets coming loose, filthy windows, roll blinds and corroded mirrors, broken hairdryers and an included ‘breakfast’ (mmmm stale buns!) I am shocked that they are still in business on an island full of gorgeous accommodations at the same rate. This place is a cash grab. Some of the other guests looked downright traumatized as they discussed how to get out of the situation. Prepaid, no refund, we spent $1400 for one night in this dump. It’s also in the middle of nowhere with a driveway that damn near requires a 4X4. AVOID!!!
