The check-in process was very poor. I had to wait almost two hours to complete my check-in, which is unacceptable after an 11-hour flight.
The hotel itself is very good, but it was in refurbishments. I believe it was a mistake to carry out construction work during the high season, as it negatively affected the guest experience. Some restaurants were closed, meaning that what was advertised was not actually available. This information was not disclosed when I booked the hotel through this platform.
Some staff members did not seem to be in a very good mood, which affected the quality of service at certain times.
Overall, my stay was good, but considering the amount I paid, I expected more.

We are particularly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the interruptions to electricity and water, especially with the impact on air conditioning and bathroom facilities.
