Poor choice
Certainly the worst hotel I have ever stayed. No hot water, barely any water out bathroom faucet (lose and rusted fixtur), used bar of soap with hair in shower, broken toilet seat, stained toilet, 2 rolls of toilet tissue but no holder and no hook to hang towels. No blackout shade/curtain, no choice of lighting in room (one switch turns on all lights), no dresser to store items, one power outlet in entire suite (used to power mini fridge and microwave, door to balcony doesn't lock, Noisy (you can actually hear music from party/hotel zone across the lagoon). Room(s) is/are oudated. no sign of any attempt to improve. You get what you pay for. Also, room smells like a sewer. I didn't expect a 5☆, but didn't expect it to be a 1☆ either, if that. Everything is white. Looks like an asylum. No dresser to store items. I didn't think it would be bad, but it is. Stay away from this place

We are really sorry about your experience with us, we will work really hard on the things we need to improve like hot water, hygiene utensils, the noise and the room smells

Terrible service
The reception staff is not coordinated at all; it would be important to validate the payments since they kept us waiting for more than half an hour.

There's parking only for 5 vehicles and there's no parking on the street so if you're driving you're in trouble, one night the toilet started leaking and they have to call the plumber to fix it, i didn't have cable tv or internet the 5 nights that I was there, the ac is good

Parking is only for 5 vehicles, and there is no parking on the street so that's a problem if you're driving, the first night there the toilet started leaking, so they have to call the plumber to fix it, the ac is good but the 6 days that i was there i didn't have any cable tv and internet, and the water pressure on the shower was pretty week , and i have to say after all this that i congratulate the ladies who clean the rooms it's a 10 + for them, thankyou very much to them, and some office personal is pretty rude.

Poor customer service
If it's just a place to get to sleep you're looking for, this hotel is fine as they don't have good customer service,
they don't have good internet service
There are no variety of TV channels, no doubts or problems, no exclusive hotel parking. They charge a city tax that you are not mentioned in the reservation until you arrive at the hotel, it needs maintenance but the place we found clean.

Entedemos su molestia, el hotel especifica antes de reservar las estrellas que tenemos, sin embargo tomamos las criticas para mejorar nuestro servicio. El cobro del impuesto ambiental es en toda la ciudad de cancun, es un impuesto del gobierno, lamentamos la limpieza pero agradecemos que no los haya hecho saber para mejorar para usted y futuros huespedes!
