Incredible experience at Hacienda Ticum
The staff is excellent: very friendly, attentive and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. You can see the commitment to provide good service and make you feel comfortable at all times.
The pools are beautiful, clean and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. They are ideal for both rest and a good time with family or couple.
It is certainly a place I would return to and I highly recommend for those seeking rest, good care and spectacular surroundings.

A pleasant hacienda
We were the only guests and it feels a bit weird. The welcome was excellent and the meal very pleasant.
Not 5 stars because some amenities are not well maintained, should be renovated. A little far from everything.

Remindable experience
Very good place it is, some three pools, a restaurant with decent food in a magnificent jungle like environment.
We had a suite with all comfort, no TV (certainly not necessary), a big confortable bed, decent wet zone and comfortable chairs. Rooms are equipped with AC and very important, a ceiling fan against mosquitos.
People are very helpful. The road to the place is a bit bumpy, some sand path away of a province road full of potholes.
I would certainly go there again every time, a truly great place it is..
