Muy buena atención

El hotel es muy básico con todo lo necesario para dormir bien, mi Internet funciono bien y el desayuno me gustó. El personal muy atento y la persona que cocina muy amable y siempre al pendiente de lo que falta. El hotel es limpio y tranquilo, si volveré.

Terrible service

Terrible service from the reception area, I want to share my experience, I stayed at this hotel for several days and had planned to stay longer, I was visiting for business, I am from out of town but I have part of my family here, I had a visit that lasted approximately 30 minutes in a relative's room and after that I went out to walk, talk and get to know a little more here but it started to rain very hard and we had to return unexpectedly, we arrived soaked, my annoyance was that when we tried to go up to the room to replace the wet clothes, the reception staff held us up and charged us an extra for the visit, the problem was not the money, it was the action at that moment. It was annoying that we arrived soaked with cold and they were denying us access to the room, the transfer was made since we did not have cash at that time, the staff was shown the transfer receipt but that was not the end of it, after about 15 minutes he was knocking on the room again without respecting privacy why supposedly the payment of the extra charge was not reflected, it is supposed that when one pays It's because he wants to be quiet without anyone bothering him, but now he was also charging us the full cost of the room again, so be careful, it is not known if the employees do it with the intention of keeping that money. The room is very expensive, 600mxn. For that price, you can get a better room with better service and more centrally located. I hope this experience is useful to you and you look for another place to stay. I will not return to this hotel.

Calidad precio excelente

Es un hotel tres estrellas, el costo es excelente, céntrico a 4 cuadras de plaza de armas, incluye estacionamiento y un desayuno bastante bueno a mi opinión para el coste de habitación, es limpio, solo que si eres de sueño ligero o pretender dormir hasta las 12 no podrás ya que las ventanas se escucha todo lo de afuera, la ventana del baño de la regadera está pegada al pasillo y es traslucida así que apaga la luz cuando te bañes jajaj, lo recomiendo si solo deseas dormir y levantarte temprano para continuar tu visita en Morelia

Excelente precio

Hotel sencillo para el costo, incluye desayuno (muy rico) cuenta con estacionamiento y wifi. Fue una habitación al lado de la fuente, el colchón lo pueden mejorar y las puertas del baño son de cancel no existe privacidad. Todo limpio y con lo indispensable para un viaje rápido

Hotel regular

Es muy económico cuesta 400 ocupación doble e incluye el desayuno está limpio la habitación es pequeña austera nada del otro mundo pero para una visita relámpago funciona no lo recomiendo para vacacionar a menos que vayan muy cortos de dinero lo único malo es q nunca llegó la señal wi fi y nunca salió agua caliente siempre fue tibia más fría q caliente pero para pasar una noche cobijado está pasable
