La Puesta Hotel - Dream Vacation
The hotel and the location were incredible! We were able to enjoy the hotel during low season and it felt like we had it all to ourselves. We really enjoyed the warm hospitality of your service team. Emilio at the Front Desk, Khaleel at the Pool & Restaurant, Andres at the Pool and Mazo, Bartender from Sun, 8/9 evening at Mazo and F&B Manager at the Pool (forgive I do not recall their names) were incredible! The property is gorgeous and the sleeping room accommodations were very well appointed. Only one mention of attention would be the entry access from the beach to the hotel needs to be repaired. The intercom was broken but fixed while we were onsite and the key access scanner was not working. We just worried about coming back after hours and not being able to get back in.
Transportation arranged via hotel was reliable, and comfortable - both drivers were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and very nice.
We will definitely be back and have already chatted with friends & family to recommend this beautiful hotel!

FANTASTIC!!!
What a FANTASTIC stay!!! My husband and I were here for the week and I can’t recommend it highly enough!!! The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, the rooms are spotless, all with ocean views and the infinity pool has both an adult section, as well as a kid friendly section with a super fun, fast waterslide… for kids of all ages…. We are in our 60s and loved it!!
Another reviewer put it brst when they said it’s a small boutique hotel with a big resort feel amenity wise. Chilled face towels delivered midday poolside, in room Nespresso coffee makers, a whole hotel water purification system, fantastic food and beverage service at the pool and at their beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar.
What we LOVED the absolute most though was the staff!!! They made us feel like family from the very first day!!
Huge shout out and thank you to Emilio at the front desk, Khahil, Oswaldo (hi to Melissa) and Cynthia who made our time at the pool fly by… They were all so friendly, interesting and fun to talk to! You can really tell they enjoy what they do!!
We travel a lot all over the world and the people who work at La Puesta are hands down the friendliest we have ever met! We never had the pleasure of meeting the owner, but his staff spoke very highly of him and it shows…he should be very proud of his wonderful staff and beautiful hotel!!!

Nothing but shadows...
The system of leaving a deposit instead of keeping the account open for room charges is very strange. Likewise, the check-out time is not in line with international standards. In the pool area, there should be some place that provides shade. Otherwise, good.

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, excellent location, wonderful facilities such a serene experience to stay. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Sayulita was a wonderful laid back discovery we will be back and I know where we will stay.

Great hotel on the beach.
Extremely nice hotel right on the beach. Good beach access. My only complaint is there probably was not enough restaurant staff, as we waited one night 25 minutes before we ordered or got drinks. Staff was doing the best they could, not their fault. Seriously nice pool and view.
