Total relaxation in a renovated and familiar place

We spent some amazing days in this place. The rooms are completely remodeled, modern, clean and very comfortable. You can tell they've taken great care of the details. The area is very quiet, ideal for relaxing with family without noise or stress.
The staff was extremely friendly throughout, always with a smile and willing to help. The pool is in excellent condition, perfect for both adults and children. In fact, the kids spent all day in the water and didn't even miss the beach with sargassum!
Also, having a Burger King right across the street was an unexpected and practical bonus, especially with kids. In short, an excellent choice for a relaxed family holiday. We'd come back without thinking!

Buena Ubicación, Bonito. Faltan cosas.

Las habitaciones son bonitas, tienen buen gusto, lo único es que no tiene donde colgar la ropa(armario), el aire acondicionado suena mucho, no tiene tocador. Quiza porque este en remodelación. Pero en lo demás esta muy bien, muy buena presentación. Quiza con todo eso que hace falta en la habitación estaria muy bien. Se los recomiendo

Estancia agradable

Estaban reformando el hotel. Les faltaba muy poco para terminar. Habitacion comoda y acogedora. No habia desayuno. Una muy buena atencion de las empleadas, dispuesto en ayudar en todo y dar todo tipo de informacion.

Lo que deseo destacar de este hotel es la atención y apoyo esmerados que recibimos mi marido y yo por parte de los empleados Guadalupe Aguilar, Adriana Gutiérrez y Emily Aguilar que, en la medida de sus posibilidades, nos brindaron todo el apoyo personal y material del que dispusieron para hacernos a mi esposo y a mí la estancia allí lo más fácil posible debido a que nos encontrábamos en ese lugar debido a un problema inesperado de salud de mi esposo y que nos llevó hasta el Hospital Playamed de Playa del Carmen que se encuentra enfrente.Fueron todos extremadamente amables y serviciales en todo momento haciéndonos sentir muy cómodos a pesar de que , por las circunstancias de que el hotel se hallaba realizando reformas de ampliación , había personal trabajando.

sbattuti in mezzo alla strada la sera di Capodanno!

31 Dicembre!!Siamo arrivati nel primo pomeriggio e abbiamo preso la camera (prenotata 2 mesi prima!), la ragazza della reception ci dice che pagheremo la sera perchè non sa quanto le dobbiamo. Torniamo la sera per cena...i nostri bagagli sono alla reception! qualcuno è entrato in camera nostra e, mettendo mani nella nostra roba hanno buttato tutto nelle valigie! Chiediamo spiegazioni e non rispondono, ridono, balbettano qualcosa in uno spagnolo incomprensibile!...cerco la mia prenotazione..sparita! per fortuna era salvata sul cellulare...quando gliela mostro magicamente trovano anche loro quella cartacea (accartocciata e nascosta alla reception!)....morale della favola:hanno rivenduto la nostra camera! perchè noi l'avevamo comprata per meno di 40euro...mentre loro per la sera di capodanno ne volevano 150!!! ci siamo ritrovati alle 22 del 31.12.15, la sera di Capodanno, per strada a Playa del Carmen con le valigie non sapendo dove andare (tutti gli alberghi erano pieni!)...uno schifo! l'albergo è pure brutto! personale che ti deride e non si fa capire biascicando apposta...per la prima volta ci siamo sentiti extracomunitari!da far chiudere!!
