Such a unique property with modern yet historic rooms. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. AC and shower both worked great. Plentiful breakfast with the most amazing view in all directions of Puebla and even the volcano Popocatépetl one morning! Great location close to restaurants and the zocolo/historic center but at night the street in front of hotel is faily quiet. We had a streetside room and slept without ear plugs no problem.

The worst experience!! Dismal customer service

Very disappointing my experience at Milo Collection Hotel. I came with my family to celebrate Mother’s Day and called ahead to request recommendations, schedules, information and stay policies, especially about parking.
IRVIN was the one who attended to me and never mentioned that parking was limited to only 5 places nor that I should arrive early to reach space. I even asked if I could get there sooner and they said no. Upon arrival, his response was: “Ah, there’s no parking because it’s already filled.”
In addition, I booked with breakfast included and on arrival I am informed that I cannot use the restaurant or the terrace because “there will surely be many people for the date”, so they could only bring breakfast to the room.
I booked to enjoy the facilities and live a pleasant experience with my family, not to stay locked in the room. I asked to speak to the manager and the chef, who they mentioned was the one who gave the instruction not to receive us at the restaurant.
Total lack of clear information, organization and customer support on such an important date.

It's an option but I definitely won't be back

I rate it that way for the facilities. Details in the room. Excessive noise due to lack of a regulation that asks respect with the use of music that the same hotel allows with Alexa control. I'd say it's not a rest option. The elevator didn't work when it came to wanting to get luggage off.

Highly Recommended. One of my favorite places to stay in Puebla.

I absolutely and truly love this hotel. Walking distance to the Arena Puebla for Monday night lucha libre. Walking distance to the Zocalo. Walking distance to Callejon de los Sapos.The nicest people. Comfortable beds. And, if in your budget, absolutely book the large "Presidential Suite" that is just wonderful. I prefer to have my breakfasts elsewhere, so, although included, I didn't take advantage of the breakfasts here.
When you come in, in the afternoon, there is a small bar with stuff to snack on. And beverages to purchase.
Up on the roof, a beautiful view of the city.
I can't think of one thing that is wrong with this hotel. And it is one of three that I love to stay at in Puebla.
I'm a destination expert for Puebla and have posted things to do in the Trip Advisor Forum for Puebla, so, you may find some useful suggestions for museums, food, etc.
Coffee nearby at Mexican Harvest, Atta Salon de Cafe and a whole bunch of other places.
Excellent meals just down the street at Augurio.

Beautiful and comfortable!

Milo is a beautiful hotel in a great historic neighborhood. But the best thing is the comfortable beds and quiet rooms. It’s a small boutique hotel that puts customers first. A/C was very good and also quiet, which is often an issue in historic buildings. The street is sometimes a bit noisy with traffic but you won’t hear it in your room. And all the rooms are different, with lovely chandeliers and furniture. Rooftop bar/restaurant has a terrific view but they could up their game on the wine and food selections. Rooms were super clean and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I would not hesitate to recommend it, especially considering it’s reasonable rates
