St Regis delivers once again
Our family just returned from what was, without question, one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had at the St. Regis Punta Mita. We have been fortunate to stay at many luxury hotels around the world, but this resort set a new standard for what true hospitality looks like. The beautiful property is breathtaking, but it is the people who make this place truly extraordinary.
We traveled with our two young children, Penelope and Alexander, and every single team member made them feel welcomed, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. As parents, that means more than we can express. Whether it was a warm greeting each morning, thoughtful conversations, or the countless little moments that made our children smile, your team made our family feel completely at home.
A very special thank you goes to Elias at the pool. Elias is the definition of exceptional hospitality. His kindness, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine warmth transformed every day by the pool into a highlight of our vacation. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, always greeted us with a smile, and treated our children with incredible patience and kindness. He made us feel like valued guests, but more importantly, like family. Team members like Elias are rare, and he is a true ambassador for the St. Regis brand.
We also want to recognize our outstanding Butler Team—Álvaro, Valeria, Andrés, and Susana. They were simply phenomenal. Every request was handled with grace, efficiency, and genuine care. They anticipated our needs, surprised us with thoughtful touches throughout our stay, and ensured every detail was perfect. Their dedication and warmth made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Perla at the Kids Club. From the very first moment, she made Penelope and Alexander feel comfortable, safe, and excited to be there. Her warmth, patience, and genuine love for children were evident in every interaction. Knowing our children were in such caring hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. She created wonderful memories for them, and they looked forward to seeing her each day. Perla is an incredible asset to the resort, and we are so grateful for the care and joy she brought to our family.
The Remède Spa was another unforgettable part of our stay. The treatments, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional and provided one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve ever had.
Every restaurant exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was outstanding, the presentation was beautiful, and the service was consistently warm, attentive, and polished. No matter where we dined, every meal felt special because of the people serving it.
What impressed us most was the consistency across the entire resort. From housekeeping and the culinary teams to the beach attendants, concierge, transportation staff, servers, spa professionals, and everyone behind the scenes, every person we encountered shared the same commitment to excellence. That level of consistency doesn’t happen by chance—it reflects an incredible culture built by outstanding leadership.
Please extend our deepest gratitude to every member of your team. They created memories our family will treasure forever. Penelope is already asking when we can come back, and even little Alexander seemed to know he was somewhere special. That alone says everything.

Still the best
We have stayed at the St Regis now a dozen times and if never disappoints! The service is incredible. The ocean is warm, the beach is clean, it's literally paradise.
Luis, Juan, Armando and Felipe at the bar are a great time. Their service is top notch!
We really enjoy the breakfast buffet as well. And, the tacos are back at dinner! Iykyk.
Can't wait for our next trip!

Perfection
Perfection! The hospitality is unmatched, every staff member is courteous, and goes above and beyond to make your experience premium and special. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious and the views gorgeous. We’ve stayed behind the gates in Punta Mita, 1/2 dozen times this is our first at St. Regis, we will be back soon.

The whole complex and service are way above average without being pretentious.
Wow, what a memorable experience. Check-in was so comfortable in the lobby area with beautiful views. Little bites they bring over throughout the day at the pool. I thought it’d be a bit snobby but every single employee makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Food quality is delicious. The beach is beautiful and you can walk but it is not swim-able, unfortunately. Rocks at the bottom make it imposible, I don’t even think water shoes will solve the issue. We saw people with floaties in order to go in the water. Maybe tide/storms change it but in October it was bad. The hotel is near the town and it feels safe.
