We had 2 rooms and asked to be close but they gave us rooms on the opposite sides of the property, despite two being available in the same building.
Restaurant: as we were a large group they were notified that we would be having dinner there in advance, they gave us the menu es but only had two options, fine the food was decent. To avoid any issues for breakfast we gave them our selections the night before. But the next morning we were told that they were not giving us breakfast as they were preparing for a wedding. The place is not close to anything so we were left struggling to make something for our group. Their answer was that since we didn’t book directly with them they would not guarantee the service….
The property: there are branches just laying around everywhere . Rooms are noisy if you’re in the bottom cabin you will hear the top floor, if you’re at the top the roofs are covered with plastic and will make a lot of noise with the wind.
The place could be beautiful but the lack of professionalism and maintenance ruin the experience.

Podría ser uno de mis lugares favoritos para hospedarme en San Cristóbal si la administración se comprometiera a dar un buen servicio al cliente. Los empleados son amables y hacen lo que pueden, pero son insuficientes y los administradores no les da las condiciones para atender a los huéspedes adecuadamente.
Cuando solicitamos desayuno o aseo de la habitación nos decían que no era posible, porque habíamos reservado a través de hoteles.com, haciéndonos sentir como clientes de segunda a pesar de que pagamos la tarifa completa y ocupábamos la mitad de las cabañas.
Queríamos hacer una comida grupal en este bello lugar, pero la informalidad de la administración nos obligó a buscar un mucho mejor lugar en San Cristóbal.
