Felt unsafe — I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The hotel is located in what felt like a very unsafe neighborhood. At night, there is very little lighting around the property, and the hotel itself is almost completely dark, which made me feel extremely uneasy.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock. The rooms also have virtually no soundproofing, so you can hear everything coming from neighboring rooms, as well as rooms above and below you. On top of that, there was extremely loud music playing throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep.
I originally planned to stay for three nights, but after just one night, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, particularly if safety, comfort, and a good night’s sleep are important to you.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a 6-day stay in Mexico City. At check-in, everything seemed normal and the room was fine.
However, after two days, the situation changed completely. The front desk staff suddenly claimed I needed to pay more money, even though I had already fully paid through Expedia and had my receipt as proof. They accused me of being a thief and refused to listen to any explanation.
Despite showing my confirmed reservation and payment receipt, they locked my room and did not allow me access to my belongings. I contacted Expedia immediately, and the Expedia support team was very helpful. They tried to contact the property multiple times, but the hotel did not respond to them. Expedia eventually arranged another hotel for me.
When I returned to the property to check out and collect my belongings, the staff still refused to open the room or release my items unless I paid extra money. I showed them Expedia’s confirmation email and even a warning letter sent by Expedia, but they still refused. The situation became very tense and nearly escalated into a confrontation.
I told them I would call the police, and the manager became angry and questioned why I would involve the authorities. In the end, I had no choice but to pay an additional $60 just to retrieve my personal belongings and leave the property.
This was a very stressful and unacceptable experience. I do not recommend this hotel due to their unprofessional behavior, unfair demands for extra pay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone... the beds are hard and uncomfortable, they are too hot there are no Ac units in any. I asked for a fan they didn't have enough you have to leave your name on a list and wait til 1 becomes available with a deposit, so if you stay you dont know when it will be. I stayed 5 days and not 1 was available it was ridiculous. The TV doesnt have a handheld remote but 1 on the wall that looks like an outlet that doesnt even work. To get a remote you have to leave a deposit or your ID that the day shifters didn't even mention so the night shift clerk she was the 1 that told me to leave the ID. She was the only helpful 1. Very kind and hard working while the men just stood around looking clueless. Aside from that I do appreciate her help.

Not a good option... the hotel is clean, but it is sorely lacking in amenities. There is no air conditioning or heating, no refrigerator, and no microwave; no coffee maker or ice machine; no hair dryer or iron; and only one trash can in the entire room. In short, for a single night—and strictly for sleeping—it is perfect; however, it is not suitable for a vacation lasting more than two days.

Walls were paper thin and the couple next door made the stay extremely uncomfortable to enjoy peace and relaxation or even a casual conversation on the phone or w someone.Noises and conversations were heard from down the hallway.Leaks in the shower head and bathroom sink, roaches in the bathroom,cheap and awful toiletries I’d expect to find at a cheap motel in the 1970’s.Tv was useless. tv remote was encased on the wall u able to use it, buttons were damaged rendering it useless to use,even if tv was managed to be turned on, poor reception and cheap resolution. Bed looks comfortable in the pictures but it’s a complete illusion.Mattress was maybe 3 inches and hard as cardboard.A completely uncomfortable and painful sleep for both persons.Woke up w stabbing pain on various parts of bodies and back pain.Room was cold, only one smelly blanket available.No heat no ac no air conditioning no circulation.Designated smoking areas were locked.Staff was inattentive and rude.When complaints were made and promises were made to make corrections or to be upgraded to better room, conditions were worse.Reservation was made for 4 nights,stayed only 1 night.When asked for refund, staff was rude dismissive and refused to change room due to “unavailability”and provide refund or any other type of compensation. Spent 2-3 hours trying to get some kind of resolve and just ended up booking a room down the street to Hotel Carolina w comfy bed,fan,smart tv,good qlty toiletries,clean,kind staff. Go There
