As soon as we arrived, we found hair of various lengths and colors everywhere on the pillow. Thinking that might be the only problem, I proceeded to clean, trying to be understanding and thinking it might have been a simple mistake.
Unfortunately, that was not the case.
For the entire stay, we had a very serious problem with the toilet drain, with stagnant feces and organic residue floating in the water, accompanied by a terrible smell. Before going out to visit the city, we reported the problem to the front desk and were told it would be resolved.
Upon our return, we were told that the problem had been resolved. Too bad that, once we used the bathroom again, the situation was exactly the same: floating feces, stagnant water, and a bad smell.
In the meantime, we asked if it was possible to use the restaurant restroom. A surreal situation here too: three wall-mounted toilets with about 4 inches of stagnant urine, while the other two normal restrooms were out of order.
As if that weren't enough, some of the room's light switches also don't work, adding another problem to the room's condition.
Furthermore, at 2:30 AM, a group of people started yelling, laughing, and talking loudly in the parking lot for about an hour, preventing us from sleeping. We tried to contact the front desk, which is supposed to be available 24/7, but no one answered.
After staying awake for over an hour, I went back to the bathroom and we once again found the day's residue in the toilet water, with the situation now having become a true ecosystem on the water's surface.
We believe that what happened is absolutely unacceptable for an accommodation facility, even more so for a hotel classified as 3 stars. We are not talking about a small imperfection, but about serious hygienic problems, essential services not working, failure to resolve a previously reported problem, and the impossibility of receiving assistance during the night.
Our experience was completely incompatible with the minimum standards expected from an accommodation facility.
If this is a three-star hotel, I'm a tricycle.

They lost us a ring and they didn't care. Very crappy hotel.
-Also the room has very little light.
-Many rooms do not have wifi, does not reach them.
-The shower and toilet had a leak and every day we puddled the bathroom.
We found a lot of hair in the shower on arrival.
No exterior or seating area. Room or street...
The only good thing, the room and the bed are great.
