I really like this hotel! Very close to the street, during the day and night the street is very crowded, very safe!

Very bad experience.

We traveled as a group according to the delivery of the rooms was at 3 in the afternoon we arrived around 6 in the afternoon and still were not all the rooms ready, slow at check in, old rooms with cockroaches, cold water, reports and do not give you solution you need to be insisting a lot for you to solve and unwillingly. On the day of the check out we touched us on the eleventh floor and or surprise the only two elevators did not work that were out of service , so we had to go down with suitcases to the lobby, in the group came elderly people who could not go down stairs was quite a case the go down, we were several groups that left at the same time so you can imagine the elderly people took a long time to go down and because they lined up to be able to get down, lousy service, people who attend you unwillingly, do not fulfill what you promise, old and dirty rooms and with cockroaches leaves much to be desired so I do not recommend staying there. If you can help it...avoid it.

Lamentamos profundamente la experiencia que describes y entendemos por completo la molestia y el desgaste que una situación así genera, sobre todo cuando se viaja en grupo y con personas mayores. Te ofrecemos una disculpa sincera por los retrasos en el check-in, las fallas en las habitaciones, la atención que recibió y, especialmente, por la situación tan complicada que vivieron el día del check-out con los elevadores fuera de servicio. Como nueva administración, reconocemos que lo que menciona no es aceptable y estamos trabajando de manera directa en los puntos que señala: mejora en los procesos de check-in, mantenimiento preventivo de elevadores, protocolos de atención al huésped, control de calidad en limpieza y acciones correctivas en habitaciones que ya presentaban desgaste o fallas operativas. También estamos reforzando la capacitación del personal para asegurar un trato respetuoso y empático en todo momento, incluso y sobre todo cuando surgen imprevistos. Agradecemos que te hayas tomado el tiempo de compartir tu experiencia con tanto detalle. Comentarios como el tuyo nos permiten identificar fallas críticas y actuar con mayor urgencia. Nuestro compromiso es que estas situaciones no vuelvan a repetirse y que, si en el futuro decide darnos una nueva oportunidad, pueda notar mejoras reales y visibles.

Glad I didn't stay here in the end

I had booked this hotel and they cancelled giving the excuse that my card had been declined strange that it was about 4 months after I had booked and still two months to go to my stay. The reason I am providing a review is that they did me a favour I did visit the hotel when in Mexico City as it was close to where I stayed. The smell of sewage on the street it is located on is terrible. The look of the hotel is old and worn as is the lobby. They have a bar which I suspect would be very noisey.

The rooms are not what they show.

Horrible room, nothing to do with the photo advertised on the internet. Cots instead of beds. Experience to forget, book a week in advance and when we arrived at night they gave us room 910, which is nothing like what they publish on the internet on the hotel site, cockroach, dirty bathroom, uncontrolled TV and double beds They were metal cots with mesh and horrible mattresses. I ended up not being able to rest or sleep and with a sore back with discomfort. My children and wife upset and had an unpleasant experience. IT IS NOT WHAT THEY PROMISE ON THEIR PAGE OR ON THE ONLINE RESERVATION AND SALES PLATFORMS.

Great place to stay with an amazing staff

I stayed here the 10th of January thru the 14th: the staff are excellent and the entire experience was awesome. The location is perfect. Mexico City is a wonder, beautiful destination and I will be going again soon and I’ll definitly be staying here again.
