Great hotel, looks much better in person than pictures

This is a great hotel and very kind/attentive staff, in the perfect location for walking to great restaurants. The also have onsite parking. We booked a double twin room, but the beds were actually full size which was very nice and unexpected. Very comfy beds and pillows, and AC was very cold.
Very fast check in/out process, like 3 minutes, even though we dont speak spanish.

CHANGE TO THE RECEPTIONIST!!!

Yes I recommend it.....we are customers since 2018...the service is acceptable, the staff is mostly very friendly except for our last visit which was on Wednesday, January 15th as when the RECEPTIONIST arrived away from greeting and welcoming us "scolded" us for being late and almost told us that we were lucky to have our room as by road traffic we arrived at 6 instead of 4......need a customer service course can be more courteous....her rude attitude and that does not stop to attend....from her chair no one moves her.....then the morning one....painting herself.......need training

Hotel in front of the blood bank

This hotel is opposite the 21st Century National Medical Center of IMSS, and is especially close to Gate 3, which gives access to Blood Bank, Specialties, Ophthalmology. As well as Mexico's children's hospital. Opposite is the mall Pavilion Cuahtpémoc. If you are going to use the bathroom, as it is a pressure lever, better lower the lever just slightly, because if you lower everything, wind water out of the bath cup because it is a powerful pressure, we had to put a towel around the cup. TV programming is part of Pluto TV, ask the concierge for help how to use the remote control well to find some channel you like. Pillows are two types of thickness, both pleasant. I would like you to implement electrical outlets in the area of the phone to charge the cell phones, which is in the corner of the room very low that we can not put the cell phone on the table because of the size of the cable. The restaurant offers good breakfasts which was pleasant. It was only one night as there was no room for one more night, we had to stay as I was waiting for a blood donor, and there was a threat of a storm, and tonight, I fell south west of CDMX causing heavy damage never seen in years, we were lucky not to go home but to go to the hotel my wife booked an hour earlier by phone.

Más atención a la limpieza e imagen del hotel

El hotel es bueno para un viaje de trabajo o incluso de vacaciones, cumple con todo lo básico, buen servicio, buen restaurante, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Lo que es inconcebible es que ya van dos dias qué hay charolas de comida en los pasillos que llevan a la habitación y nadie las recoge. Eso deteriora mucho la imagen del hotel

Muy agradable, casi como estar en casa.

Es muy cómodo, con respecto a la ubicación es muy buena, fácilmente te puedes desplazar a casi toda la ciudad, hay una plaza comercial cruzando la calle y al lado un parquesito, es un hotel muy limpio y agradable, con buena iluminación, es pequeño pero justo eso es punto a favor, no es tan caro comparado con otros menos bonitos, no es el hotel de lujo que otras personas valorarían pero es excelente opción para no gastar mucho pero tener gran comodidad.
