Unforgettable Hotel

We cannot say enough about this incredible hotel. I have recommended it to everyone I know and this place made our beautiful vacation to Tulum even better. The prices are unbelievable ($114/night), to include your own pool and beautiful copper deep bathtub. I recently read somewhere that hotel prices in Tulum have sky rocketed, making Tulum not as accessible as it used to be but they are looking in the wrong places! This being said, this location is not in a touristy area of Tulum-it is situated next to the jungle outside of the town of Tulum by about 10 minutes. This was perfect for my boyfriend and me because we didn't want to be in a touristy area and preferred the peace and quiet of the jungle. Town was easy to get to by either taxi, quad, or Vespa. Stephanie, the hotel's wonderful concierge, was able to arrange transportation for us, along with recommendations for things to do and even booked a restaurant reservation for us. The hotel itself is picturesque and offers a limited amount of rooms so it really feels like you have the place to yourselves. We loved the pool and would dive in every night after a day of exploring in the humid Tulum heat. We started off by taking taxis for the first few days we were there but then decided that renting a quad or Vespa was much more cost effective (and fun!)
We are planning on staying here again when we visit Tulum next. Thank you, Stephanie, for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

MOLDY

How do I put this …. Sighh.. This lovely beautiful Boutique is maybe good for just a day probably half a day. More for the aesthetic. For pictures for a meeting or just one night to get it on. BESIDES MOLD BEING EVERYWHERE! I mean EVERYWHERE you would definitely get sick inhaling all that toxic waste. I stayed 2 days had to leave couldn’t stand a chance just marinating in mold. I wouldn’t recommend long term nor would I come back until this place is fully power washed with soap and so much more . Other than that it was quite very close to centro Tulum the staff was welcoming and it was definitely an experience staying here . Best wishes and good luck On your upcoming stay

The staff was so helpful. The hotel is very convenient if you have a rental car, which we did. The private pool area of the hotel room was beautiful. The copper bathtub gave it a very unique touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Stuff is very friendly, and nice.
The place is not very much maintained, the bed sheets weren't clean, the shower water are salted...
There is a smell of light mold.
The bed isn't comfortable.
The location isn't great at all.
Overall the price is Good
The stuff is very nice
It has tons of potential
