The room was just as described with all the amenities. Air conditioning provided a nice cool room with sweaty weather outside.

CLAUSURED. MISTAKEN PHOTOS, DECADENT HOTEL.

These pictures are a lie. If this hotel once was like this, it was a long time ago. It's all as if it's been some good time closed and now they reopened unconditionally. Fourth foil to mold, the facilities. Family bathroom has no glass door in the box. The portaria is not 24h, we had to go catching people 5h in the morning, we were late for a walk. Breakfast is made in an unhealthy place. We got a bad coffee and a juice, when we questioned that we hadn't ordered the juice, they ignored it. The juice was from a box of pineapple, we asked if there was no orange, the answer was dry: it's not orange season. We only drink coffee one day, in the other we get scared. We asked to change the towels, they gave us beach towels, we questioned. Answer: We have no others. Worn-out chairs, taquaras that divide hostels falling to pieces. Total lack of will and sympathy from the receptionist. We felt stolen in this "hotel" that looked more like a ghost hotel. To be 5 stars all the stars are missing. Don't fall into this shot of photos. Oh, and on the door there is a CLAUSURATE sticker, when we questioned we received a reply that did not convince us, they said it was for the sale of alcoholic beverages, but we researched and we saw that was not that. I believe this hotel has been closed and is still operating. Total unpreparedness, an experience to be forgotten.

The property is clean and peaceful but, to be transparent, it didn’t match the advertisement. The staff is not uniformed and while kind/helpful, seemed transient. The AC was not on prior to arrival, there was a lot of plaster cracking and peeling above the shower head. No daily turn down or room cleaning, and the safe didn’t work. The ‘jacuzzi’ is just a stagnant mini pool and there is not an active bar, spa, or restaurant onsite. The pool lounge chair fabrics are torn. Many small details that make a difference made this seem like a property in decline. All said, it is in a nice location, and was an overall decent value and pleasant experience, but at this price point I’d choose differently next time.

Beautiful interiors and helpful staff made our stay so relaxing. Great place for couples to unwind and enjoy quality time.

The hotel location was perfect for my meetings. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was very helpful and professional. excellent stay for business travellers.
