Recommend!

The place itself was beautiful. We had a whole apartment with a connecting room making it a 2-bed room. We had a private small “pool” up on the terrace. The walls looked a little dirty, by the bathroom/room window on both rooms.. apart from that we had a great stay. Check-in was a little complicated as there was nobody when we arrived.. self check-in it was… the hotel looks very elegant, had a pool and bar. We did not get to use either because we arrived late 8-10pm, and we only stayed for one night. For sure we will stay here again if we ever go back to Tulúm! Add a microwave for a plus plus .

Awful place to stay

The hotel is appalling, ugly, old, dirty, sloppy, more than hotel it is an air b&b, there were cockroaches in the room, the mini pool full of mold, it is far, there is nothing nearby, opposite there is a cucho restaurant for breakfast or lunch ugly and expensive.

Not worth the headache! Overcharged me!

While Tulum was very nice I would not recommend staying here as they overcharged me a ton of $$. They initially claimed this was a holding fee at check in and it would be returned at checkout but I never received the refund. The checkout process was horrible and trying to decipher the checkout bill was soo tedious - we couldn't even finish deciphering the bill or we would miss our flight. I've stayed at many hotels small and large and never experienced anything like this. When I tried to contact them to correct charge/mistake they kept claiming they did everything right and did not help in the matter. I would not recommend staying here as it's not worth the headache or money. I wish I stayed somewhere else even it was more expensive to have a better customer experience.

Perfect experience ask for Renee

Accommodations are incredible, rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. The bathrooms are unbelievable and you can ask for a room with a private pool. Common areas are perfect to have a chat and a good drink and food are with great flavor. Ask for Renee he's so nice

Perfect boutique hotel ❤️

We found this hotel on Airbnb and took a slight gamble as it didn’t have any reviews due to only recently opening. It exceeded all expectations and was the perfect place to stay whilst we were in Tulum… we’ve already re-booked for December! The design, staff, service and facilities were all amazing... It really felt like a luxury home away from home! A peaceful spa like vibe close to Tulum beach or Downtown (5-10 min taxi) or 10 min walk to La Veleta main strip with a few bars/ restaurants. We were made to feel so welcome by Renee, Antonio and all other staff. We stayed for a week and also had a day by the pool enjoying the cocktails and bar menu! A true gem in Tulum .
