Very unique and generally nice hotel. I recommend it!
I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel, where the rooms are elevated among the trees. As soon as I saw the hotel online, I booked it right away just based on the photos - and I’m happy to say the real experience did not disappoint me! My stay was fantastic (not perfect, but close). I got to try two room types: the Superior Studio (#D4), which I originally booked, and the Superior Suite (#D6), which I was upgraded to for my last two nights as a sweet Birthday gift from the hotel.
Both rooms were spacious and had the same beautiful design - modern, minimalistic, and focused on natural materials, very Tulum-style. The best part was the floor-to-ceiling geometric windows with wooden frames, flooding the room with natural daylight and offering amazing jungle views. The Suite (#D6) is located two levels higher than the Studio (#D4), so the view is even better - you can see all over the treetops, while the Studio gives more of a close-up feel of the trees around you, which is also lovely.
The Superior Studio had only a shower stall, and the shower worked perfectly - strong water pressure and hot water right away. The Suite had a nice bonus in addition to the shower: a big bathtub right by the window. Both - the Studio and the Suite - had a separate sink and vanity section, toilets in separate little rooms, and high-quality bath products that smelled great. There were air conditioners, plus ceiling fans above the bed in the rooms, which helped cool the rooms down well. Wi-Fi worked well and was fast enough in both rooms.
The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Carlos - he helped me with everything from renting an ATV for a reasonable price to arranging my delicious Birthday cake. Housekeeping was also excellent and did a great job with cleaning the rooms.
The hotel provides beach towels (you just have to ask for them at the front desk).
The hotel’s location is great - right in the heart of the Tulum Beach Zone, close to restaurants, beach clubs, and next to a big GOmart grocery store.
I paid $112 per night, and I think it was a really great deal for such a special and unique overall experience at the hotel.
Now, the MINUSES.
For the Superior Studio (#D4) – Super uncomfortable small bed (for two people) with awful, hard pillows. No refrigerator in the room, and there really should be one. The air conditioner didn’t work well at all - even at the lowest setting (16°C), the room never got cold. Very small safe that was broken and couldn’t be closed. Limited space to hang or store clothes. Only one small garbage can in the room, located in the restroom. No toilet brush by the toilet.
For the Superior Suite (#D6) – Not a very soundproof room; I could hear some noise from the club next to the hotel every single night. The bed was also small (for two people) and not very comfortable, but the mattress and pillows were better than in the Studio. No refrigerator in the room. Very small safe. Small section for clothes, with not many hangers available. The shower area was tiny - I’m 6’1” and it was uncomfortable to shower in. The water pressure was weak, the showerhead was small, and it always took 1-2 minutes for the water to get hot (the Studio didn’t have these issues with the shower). There was no plug for the bathtub, and the hotel couldn’t provide one, so I had to get creative and make my own using a plastic grocery bag and a soda cap. Only one small garbage can in the room, located in the restroom. No toilet brush by the toilet.
Finalizing my review, I can absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay! Even though it’s not perfect and has some areas to improve, it’s very unique and beautiful, and you’ll definitely enjoy spending even a couple of days here.

awful
We have a reservation to stay at the hotel when we went to check in the girl said they were upgrading us however I already paid the highest price offered for the canopy room / sadly the air does not work it was 100• F or 38•C in the room !!! The are did not work we waited an hour running the cooler with no change - so we were offered a different room the temp was better f 36• C is better!!! This property is run down dirty and unsafe to stay how can anyone safely stay in a 100•F hotel?!!!
Now they are refusing to refund us and threatening fees to cancel!!! Zero stars

Treehouse feeling pure
Top location in the hotel zone of Tulum, so that the hustle and bustle can hardly be perceived. The staff were super friendly. The treehouse was large and top equipped. Even the shower had enough pressure and temperature. There was water in the room, shower product and of course a great view of the night sky, plus a free parking space. Absolute recommendation.

Amazing place in the wood
We spent one night in this place and the guy that was working there, Bruno was so nice to offer us an upgrade for free.
We slept in the highest room and the view was amazing from there.
We loved the service and our staying was very pleasant.

Amazing Experience
On check in the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We originally booked a bungalow, and found the room to be clean, spacious and comfortable. However, we then got a free upgrade to a room with a glass dome and it was phenomenal. I loved the bathtub, views and style of the room. It was super clean and comfy, I would not hesitate to stay again in this room class. When first booking, I was not sure what to expect and was on the fence about staying, but honestly it was all so worth it. I would definitely recommend the upgraded rooms, you will not regret it. Also, the location is fab too. Great if you want to hit the beach clubs and local restaurants. I would say this is a unique experience and would recommend it for 1-3 nights, unless you are at one with nature, then I would say stay as long as you would like.
