Our stay in this accommodation will surely be one of the highlights of our holiday in Mexico. Everything is just perfect. You are pampered from the very first second to the last. Beautiful Villas

Our stay at Oriundo had some truly memorable highlights, especially the villas themselves. They are absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, and very well integrated into the natural surroundings. This is clearly the strongest aspect of the property.
The overall setting is unique, with access to cenotes adding to the experience. However, the requirement to wear a life jacket significantly detracts from the enjoyment and feels restrictive, making the experience less natural and more controlled than expected.
The food was sometime good sometimes bad and did not match the level of the accommodation. It lacks consistency, which is disappointing given the overall positioning of the property.
A special mention goes to the zipline staff, who were absolutely lovely. They were patient, encouraging, and genuinely supportive, helping me overcome my hesitation and fully enjoy the experience.
Overall, Oriundo offers a beautiful and unique stay, driven by its exceptional villas and kind staff, but there are areas for improvement, particularly regarding the food and the private cenote use which should be allowed without a life veste when outside operating hours

Too bad!

Very nice architecture of the rooms, pool and restaurant,
Unfortunately the pool of the room is cold and dirty, so unusable, the terrace is not brushed, the seats around the large pool are holed, in short the staff, although friendly, is not up to the beauty of the place

Book here now, don't think more about it, incredible experience

What an incredible resort. The villas are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is top notch and not expensive. The staff is highly responsive, and security was always on the ball at the entrance. Amazing place, we couldn't have imagined a better place to have our honeymoon, and I've stayed in tons of resorts, hotels, and houses all around the world. I'd pick this one again without a second thought. Other notes: the cenote next door is prettier than most, and I got a free fish cleaning treatment in the water just by holding still and letting the little ones come and check me out. The pool is nice and large as well, we spent a lot of time in the pool (another review mentions leaves in the pool, and it is true, as it is partially shaded by many trees, and there is just no way that leaves won't get in there, its natural, live with it). The nearby city, Valladolid is colonial, and has a very pretty city center including the church, and the convenant, and a long street between the two. It's worth spending a day walking the city and eating at some of the more local restaurants as well.
