Location is nice if you like nature but it’s far from the downtown and no nearby place to buy food. I booked a room for 3 adults and the picture from trip.con showed 3 beds but the one they gave us is only 2 beds. They always forget to bring extra towel and water and coffee supply (we always have to ask the reception for it). 
I like that there’s a swimming but food in the restaurant is expensive. Make sure you buy food from outside but no ref in the room to keep it.

Clean and very nice, excellent experience.

The hotel is beautiful, I am very picky for cleaning and really everything was very clean. All the staff are very friendly and are on the lookout all the time from booking. The restaurant is very rich, although I would have liked it to be by package or buffet. I have read bad reviews but I had a totally different experience to that, everything was excellent, I booked the room with jacuzzi and it worked super well, the view is very nice. I had unfinished business to send from work and the internet worked perfectly. We'll be back for good.

the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

This hotel is an absolute mess. There is no Wifi in the rooms, there is no hot water, the jacuzzi tub in our room also didn't work even though we paid extra for this. On arrival they downgraded our room and then pulled a face when we came back to reception to question this.
the onsite restaurant ran out of food! and no taxi would pick us up from the location.
The noise from the road is terrible, there are car racing all night and one car hit a dog. The hotel is not secure at all anyone can walk in 24/7 which meant that random parties start.
At 9pm every night the hotel turns into a night club open to anyone and goes on until 3am. They have a live DJ and the music on full blast, as its open to the general public it gets very busy and incredibly loud so if you booked a stay to sleep you will not get this at all, if you booked to party all night this is perfect for you. People scream at the top of their lungs and throw things off the balconies, rooms open the doors and disco lights are wheeled out, someone was climbing up our balcony and hanging off it screaming.
There was a number of fights outside our room and someone actually tried to get into our room. The mess the next morning was disgusting, food everywhere, glass all over the place, litter thrown in the pool and along the grounds, this did not get picked up till 10am. There was puddles of sick around the pool and sick in the pool. I have pictures on my phone and video evidence of the disgraceful night club they operate.
DO NOT STAY HERE!
we have done a charge back for our stay.
