A hotel that deserves one more star

I had the chance to celebrate my 20th birthday at this magnificent hotel during the Monte Carlo Rolex Masters 1000, and everything was perfect.
The room was very large with an incredible view and was also decorated for my birthday.
I was spoiled by the hotel from start to finish with thoughtful gestures and gifts; that is not the case everywhere, and it makes the experience unforgettable.
I also had the chance to test the spa with a personalized massage performed to perfection; however, I was expecting a dedicated pool area, but that is only a detail.
Otherwise, the hotel's atmosphere during the famous tournament is very pleasant, and all the encounters are friendly.
And if you have the opportunity, come have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which, beyond having impeccable service, is delicious.
I would say that the only weak point of the hotel is the breakfast, which clashes with the rest (industrial orange juice, average variety).

Elegant hotel, perfect staff!

I finally found a hotel in Monte Carlo that met my expectations. Express check in and room already available at 1 pm!
Very nice hotel, fantastic Christmas decorations, bright and cheerful common areas.
Spacious room, cleanliness of 10, comfortable bed and pillows, fantastic view, large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Great breakfast, high quality products, excellent savory part (excellent ham and salami), good sweet part, maybe you could add a few more choices.
I would have liked the possibility of an orange juice, but compensated by a tasty hot chocolate.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The next time I return to Monte Carlo I will not have to waste time searching for a hotel.

Dreadful experience

They did not want to give us a room until 4 in the afternoon when we had arrived at 1, nobody spoke Spanish and the treatment was different because we were, the room was fine although the cleanliness left much to be desired, we threw some flowers in the trash the first day and they were still there when we left 4 days later. When checking out and having the flight 5 hours later, they no longer let us access the pool, which has never happened to me in my life at any hotel and I have traveled all over the world, I left €50 in the room, they disappeared and nobody took responsibility for it, the reception staff were quite rude and the pool staff were quite surly in general when the prices were abusive for the quality they offered. We will not return.

Absolutely amazing place, the highlight of our trip. Staff are over the top helpful and welcoming. Kids loved the pools and jumping into the ocean in a safe netted area. Next time we will stay longer, thank you!
