We were here for a week with a work group and we all enjoyed our stay. The rooftop terrace with a pool has one of the best views over the bay area.
The staff was welcoming and ever helpful with whatever questions and requests we had.
It is also located near good hiking spots!
Would definitely recommend this hotel to whomever seeking hotels in the Kotor bay area.

Set nice hotel, staff friendly. Sadly when I left I was charged for a water ( I did have one) theee were 2 sizes, and a free bottle was left ( the large size) I just need some to take some pills and drank the small one. I guess technically they can charge the €2.50 although I left them the one that cost €7.50. I was also charged .50 that was not on Hotels.com.

Not for everyone

We adore Montenegro and Herceg Novi is beautiful with a wide range of accommodation. We’d recommend some guests look elsewhere. There is a design failure in most rooms that guests should know about in advance. The suites with separate bedrooms do not have a/c in the bedroom, only the living room. We had it full blast for many hours and the air from a small unit doesn’t circulate to the bedroom. This is unacceptable at this price point.
We discussed the issue with front desk staff who told us it was like that in all the rooms. They suggested we open a window and that there was nothing that could be done. However, we eventually downgraded to a single room without the suite and with no view, because the temperature was more tolerable. This was based on our own research about room types , without assistance from staff. Management was difficult to work with, not proactive or helpful, and uncompromising, which seemed to us out of character for Montenegro where we experienced such amazing hospital wherever else we went.
The rooms otherwise appear attractive but could use a deeper cleaning. The toilet was not clean in our initial room. The roof pool looked quite nice and the view in our initial room was stunning.
The location is average. It is walking distance to old town. But there are far prettier areas closer to the old town center.
The other issue we wanted to share was the breakfast. There wasn’t good quality control. The ham, turkey, and yogurt were sitting out for far too long without proper refrigeration. All were room temperature.

Excellent hotel with beautiful views

Checked into the hotel - Hotel with very beautiful view , the location is very comfortable. Rooms are clean - everything is available. The staff is very friendly - Tatiana and Maria from the reception nicely met spent in the room❤️ 5 minutes from the hotel sea - sun loungers included in the price. Recommend
