Great place, nice view, good price!
Positive: Amazing location, next to the bay, beach and the old town is just 7-8 minutes by foot. The view from the great teracce is just perfect. The studio apartement was clean, spacious and well equipped.
Negative: The double bed is very small, just 140 cm wide, which is too small for two adults. The sun burns the teracce in the afternoon until 6:30 PM, there is an umbrella, but not enough, more shadow would be important

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of an Average Stay
The Good: the location is great. A short 10-minute walk to Old Town. There are also restaurants due north and a grocery store a few minutes away. For me, the balcony was the key to booking this place, and it did not disappoint. I loved being able to sit out there with my coffee and watch the cruise ships come in. The apartment is adequately appointed with the basics needed to survive.
The Bad: the apartment was fine, but the little things add up: there was a fly infestation. The bathroom smelled of perm solution. There were no instructions for how to use the washing machine. The shower leaked. The hair dryer had previously melted or exploded on someone’s head. The kettle smelled of burning rubber. The clock was dead. There were exposed wires. Some of the electrical outlets were not working. I had to trial-and-error the corroding batteries in the remote controls in order to get the TV to work. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.
The Ugly: 3 things. (1) the noise from downstairs is pretty bad whether it is the TV, or music blaring, or oddly, I think they run the dishwasher at night and it has some sort of automated voice that just keeps going all night. The noise doesn’t die down until maybe 2am. (2) I booked on Booking.com, and it says this place takes credit cards. I got there and the owner insisted I pay cash. He showed me the credit card machine and it was clear he had NO CLUE how to even begin to operate it. He didn’t even know how to swipe or insert the card into the machine. Long story short I had to readjust all my cash and spending strategy in order to accommodate him. (3) I asked if he could put a battery into the dead clock, and he looked at me with a response that was like “Why on earth would I do that? What is time?” so after that, I figured there would be no responses to any of the other issues.
Conclusion: this was an average place to stay, but in my opinion not worth the money. I would have appreciated if the owner could have made more of an effort to welcome me as a guest. It’s one thing to build an apartment and to furnish it, but it’s another thing to provide the hospitality and service that I feel like Montenegrin tourism is lacking.

Kotor is amazing and the property has great location to get to it!
Really nice and cozy apartment, nice and comfy bedroom, really good living room, TV and sound system. We were in the winter time, and hot water was needed for shower, although the water heater worked with no problems, the amount barely was enough for one person to shower. Location is excellent, the view is amazing! Check in was very very quick, parking is available, although it looked like a regular street parking and not privet. The balcony is not privet although and that's unfortunate, another apartment has access to it, so it is possible you would bump up in to people that are not related to you what so ever in some common space. In general we liked the place and would recommend it.

Spacious apartment with gorgeous view
We stayed in apartment #6 which has a large, modern combo living room/kitchen with windows on 2 sides. The full length windows open out to a spacious patio that overlooks the bay. Have breakfast while watching the cruise ships come into port! A perfect location, just minutes walk from restaurants, shopping and the old town. Responsive owners - after we checked in we noticed that the electric kettle wasn't working so they got us a new one the next day. Would stay here again.

Fabulous location - stunning views!
We stayed in one of the studios with a terrace and sea view for two nights. We were delighted with all aspects of this studio. The apartment is the best equipped we've stayed in. Kitchen and living room have all you could require and are bright and spacious. The living room opens on to a large shared terrace with unbelievable views. The bedroom is quite small but fine and the bathroom is also well equipped. All is spotlessly clean. The location is a ten minute stroll from the Old Town but there are a few good restaurants close by. Would not hesitate to stay again but would highly recommend the studio apartments with the sea view. Donald, Scotland.
