A Stay We'll Never Forget

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Djuro and Ivan. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
Djuro was especially helpful, arranging taxis whenever we needed them, which was very convenient since you'll need one to get to Kotor Old Town. The restaurant on the property was delicious, the views from our room were breathtaking, and the building itself is beautiful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained.
One gesture that truly touched us was on the morning of our departure. Since we had to leave very early, Djuro prepared breakfast to take with us. It was such a thoughtful act of kindness, and it's something we'll always remember.
Thank you, Djuro and Ivan, for making our stay so special. We would love to come back and stay with you again. Highly recommended

Great place in dubrota

The amazing location staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Drinks are great. Price is perfect. Can’t beat this place. Definitely must visit for a relaxed afternoon or morning on the water.

A must place to stay!

Beautiful location on absolute waterfront. Spacious, well equipped rooms, comfortable bed. Our host Juro, made us feel like family- welcoming, friendly, engaging and informative. Food and drinks service in restaurant and on waterfront terrace was 10/10! Thanks to Juro- highly recommend this beautiful accommodation spot not far from Kotor- with bus stop and supermarket nearby.

A lovely home with an even lovelier family.

Djuro has travelled the world and he is a cosmopolitan host in a beautiful, homely atmosphere. This gorgeous seaside property, right on the Gulf of Kotor, has been in Djuro’s family for over 100 years. Love and warmth, great conversation, mixed with a spectacular breakfast (with plenty of extras), made our stay very memorable. Our room was simple pansion-style with an ensuite. Cosy warm and our hosts did everything to make us feel at home. We highly recommend Babilon for a comfy Winter’s getaway, and know that Djuro and his family will make you feel very welcome and warm as toast. Hvala svima!

Perfect place to stay

I spent a long time researching where to stay for our trip to Kotor Bay. I had planned to stay in one of the 5 star hotels just around the bay, when I came across these apartments with excellent reviews and a very reasonable price. And I am so glad we picked here. The location was amazing, right on the bay around a 50 minute (beautiful) walk to Kotor old town. Lovely and quiet but with bars and restaurants a short walk away. The apartment itself was simple but had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was cooked fresh and delicious. The best thing about this place however is the host who made us feel very welcome. Parking outside was also a plus.
