Great location, modern rooms, everything was just right.

A truly fantastic hotel right in the city center of Cape Town with excellent service.

A truly fantastic hotel located right in the city center of Cape Town. The entire hotel, including the rooms, was very modernly furnished. The rooms are spacious, and one feels comfortable. The shower must be particularly highlighted, as it was truly excellent. The internet is fast.
Upstairs, there is a beautifully decorated restaurant where breakfast is also offered for hotel guests. You can order as much as you want à la carte and then receive consistently delicious dishes. The restaurant also features an outdoor area including a pool.
If you are traveling by car, there is a complimentary valet service available. You simply give the valet at the entrance your car key, and he parks the car in the nearest parking garage. If you want it back, you just inform the reception, and shortly thereafter, you can drive away again.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Whether at the restaurant upstairs, at the reception, or with the valets. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel, probably the best I’ve ever stayed in (and I travel a lot and stay in many hotels). The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness of the furnishings and decorations made me feel welcome … a yoga mat in the room, a stocked drinks fridge and quality snacks in the room, a full ice bucket and complimentary home baked shortbread biscuits brought to the room at the end of the day, quality artwork on the walls, a comfortable bed with quality linen, a selection of interesting books on the shelves. And then there is the quirky restaurant and rooftop terrace on the 6th floor - Gigi Rooftop - which serves great food and quality drinks … I didn’t want to go elsewhere as is so often the case in business hotels. Best of all is the staff, from the doorman and receptionist to the restaurant staff … they were all great!! Switched on, attentive friendly, they even remembered our names! I can highly recommend this place.

Nice historic 5 star

Rooms are large and modern with an updated bathroom. Large walk in shower with great water pressure. Area has lots of restaurants within walking distance and I felt safe with my two teenage daughters walking around at night. Restaurant:bar on the 6th floor is good for breakfast and the bar drinks were delicious. Customer service was excellent throughout our whole stay. I would recommend to anyone coming to Cape Town.

Excellent facility in the center of Cape Town

I stayed for 5 days in this splendid hotel in the center of Cape Town. The location is excellent, strategic for any exploration. The hotel is stylistically modern, and the rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and functional. The breakfast on the rooftop is excellent. Staff is always kind and very helpful. Everything is perfect.

The staff and amenities were fabulous. The great location allowed access to all the sights. The drinks and dining on the rooftop were spectacular. Try the French onion soup!
