Bush experience
What an amazing experience, the rooms are beautiful the views incredible, the food, 5 star.
The game drives really made the experience for us and we were fortunate enough to see 4/5 big 5.
Big shout and appreciation for our guide, Ryan. What a polite and well mannered young man. He made our game drives extra fun. His knowledge of the wild life put some of the old bird nerds in our group to shame. He shared some great insights during the game drives.

Very nice lodge in a beautiful game reserve.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. Sam is a wonderful and caring host. The game drives with Walter were wonderful – we were able to observe numerous animals up close. We found the landscape to be very beautiful and diverse. The food was also excellent: fresh, varied, and lovingly prepared. The best part was the view while dining. One could watch the antelopes, zebras, and warthogs grazing. They often came very close to the beautiful terrace.
We would come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend the Sungulwane Game Lodge!

Fantastic in every way.
We spent 3 nights here with our family and felt welcomed and special from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
The team work really hard and it’s obvious that they enjoy what they do.
I can’t name names as it wouldn’t be fair and I can’t find the words to do this experience justice but our guide was so knowledgeable and providing 2 3 hour drives a day is generous. We saw so many wonderful interactions between animals and observed different behaviours. Each drive brought something new and thrilling, even in the rain one night. We loved the unexpected sundowners and morning Bush coffee.
We loved sitting by the pool and watching the family of Warthog trot down to the watering hole. I could go on. Don’t hesitate - go!
