A wonderful, restful stay

This is a beautiful hotel and is very comfortable after spending a week in Tanzania living out of the tinted lodges lol. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The beds were perfect for a good night sleep we had breakfast buffet in the morning that was delicious with many options to choose from. In the evening, we also ate at the restaurant. Most nights food was very good one night. I ordered off the menu and ordered a ribeye which the waitress misunderstood and brought me a rump steak, which was horrible. I want to commend Casper at the Pegasus bar. He was incredible and super friendly. Also, Kevin was our guy that picked us up and returned us to our room in the golf cart. He was so nice and also very welcoming.We did some game drives through the hotel that were okay. Shout out to Khalani from My Africa that was the sweetest and friendly driver for our bush walk and Maegan that lead the bush walk. She was an badass! Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a beautiful and comfortable stay.

One of the most relaxing and balanced nature. Tranquility

The hotel and its location is very convenient and exceptional. Tranquility at its best. Rooms are comfortable and neat. everything was top notch. i would really like to come back or even recommend for people who love nature.

My breath was taken away. Excellent treatment altogether

Rooms were clean, Food was delicious, Staff was friendly and the hotel atmosphere was out of this world.
Was just disappointed by the fruits basket we ordered for room services. There were not prepared and it looks like they just did them because we made a follow up about them. 1 Pear,1 Apple, 1 naartjie and few grapes for R65????? That was bad struu

I was skeptical of a big chain in Hoedspruit - we usually stay in small inns, but we had an unexpected stay here when my mother in law had an emergency stay at the hospital, arriving late at night.
On arrival and throughout our stay the staff went ABOVE and beyond for us. Giving my in laws an upgraded main floor room so they didn’t have to go upstairs. And being very patient when we were working with Hotels.com trying to add an extra day on to our stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful - lots of trees, fantastic pools, well appointed comfortable rooms, good restaurants and fantastic breakfast.
We will definitely keep this hotel in our mix of places to stay when visiting Hoedspruit!
