Relaxing, renewed, bliss.
Our Thalgo bath soak and massages were absolutely amazing. We felt relaxed and taken care of. Thank you so much!

Great stay
The facilities and location are fantastic. The staff are so kind and friendly and make you feel very welcome. The food is absolutely incredible. A lovely hotel and thoroughly recommend.

Underwhelmed and disappointed
I have to be honest I was quite disappointed. The spa has most definitely downgraded since last I was there. For the price one pays, I expected more. The flotation pool had not been cleaned for some time as there was a dirty ring around it by the water level, alongside used hair nets around the edge. The pool noodles inside had mould on them, and the shower had only cold water. Secondly, I am incredibly doubtful our masseuses were professionally trained (but likely in-house trained), and the products used for our facials were sub-standard. Once again, paying that price, premium products should be use. Lastly, the mani /pedi was underwhelming. This spa is in serious need of maintenance and improvement all round. I do have to however commend the lunch at the restaurant which was part of the half day package - that was delicious and the restaurant staff very welcomings.

We are, however, genuinely sorry that your spa experience did not meet your expectations. As you have already been in contact with our Spa Manager, we appreciated the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and thank you for bringing them to our attention.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the maintenance and housekeeping issues you encountered, including the condition of the floatation pool and the shower. These are certainly not the standards we strive to uphold, and your feedback has been invaluable in highlighting areas requiring immediate attention.
We also appreciate your comments regarding your treatments and the products used. Guest feedback is something we take seriously, and your observations have been shared with our spa management team for review.
We fully acknowledge that parts of our spa are due for refurbishment. A comprehensive renovation has already been planned, and while we are eager to begin, we also need to carefully schedule the work around our existing guest commitments and group bookings to minimise disruption. We are looking forward to introducing these improvements and enhancing the overall spa experience for our guests.

Warm Treats!
We had a wonderful girls day with Mani's, Pedi's and foot massages. Gardens are gorgeous even in a very dry winter. The Spa is warm and welcoming. The interiors are cosy and relaxing. Love the pops of colour and beautiful upholstery patterns. Our treatments were luxurious, calming and such a spoil. Bongi, Lorraine and Thabisile were friendly, super skilled, accommodating and gentle. Products used had beautiful fragrances. delicious lunch in the restaurant, we cannot stop thinking about the warm fresh baked bread and butter.
