A special thank you to Tamara, God sent her to me when I needed her hugs and warm conversations who made me feel completely at home, Thandi, whose smile brightened every day, Lebu, and Grace for always delivering my room service with such kindness. Thank you as well to TiVo, Kaya, and everyone at the door for always making me feel so welcome.
The team checked on me daily and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I’ve never felt so genuinely cared for in a hotel. I’ll always be grateful for your kindness and hospitality. The best team ever—thank you! ❤️

Excellent stay - Tamara & Ntsaki made it special
A special thank you to Tamara and Ntsaki from Guest Relations. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their genuine care really elevated the whole experience.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities were great, and the overall atmosphere felt premium yet welcoming. I left feeling well looked after and would happily return.
Highly recommended – thank you again to the team, especially Tamara and Ntsaki!
