Exquisite beachfront accommodation at African Oceans Manor
We just returned from our second incredible stay at this stunning beachfront lodge, literally a few steps from the sand. Waking up to the sound of waves was pure magic. The location couldn't be better: right on the shore, with a Jacuzzi on the deck just a meter away from the beach. The lodge is conveniently close to excellent restaurants and shopping malls, so we could enjoy both total relaxation and easy outings without any hassle.
The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Every single team member was always smiling, incredibly warm, and genuinely eager to meet every need—from restaurant suggestions and breakfast setups virtually on the beach. The friendly staff remembered our names and made us feel like friends rather than just guests.
It is truly a beautiful lodge, with comfortable rooms, private open spaces, and stunning ocean views that make every moment special. For a secluded beach getaway with heartfelt hospitality and perfect convenience, this place exceeds expectations. We'll be back for sure.

My stay at African Oceans Manor on the Beach was truly exceptional from start to finish.
The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views and direct access to the beach, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every detail carefully considered for comfort. Never 5 stars
Good location but completely out of age. Either aircondition or light - cold and also the cleanliness could be better.
Supposedly, the accommodation has 5 stars - effectively 3 are probably still too much!

We need to mention that we have reported this review to TripAdvisor as the same group has already made a review on the same platform. We declined a request for refund of guest who wanted to cancel there booking a day prior arrival. They then decided to stay informing there agent that they will leave bad reviews because they were not refunded.

Catastrophic accommodation for us Max 2 stars
Catastrophic room, behind a board wall, access via hotel kitchen, furnishings ancient, the room smelled bad, no mention of Ocean View.
The hotel closes at 8 pm then no one from the hotel is on site....

We need to mention that this guest review is absolutely untrue and false. She booked through an agent with us and a day before the group should arrived she wanted to cancel her booking free of charge of which we declined. She then informed the agent she will leave a bad reviews of our guesthouse and the agent of which she indeed did now as well as on google.

Dreamlike accommodation
Fantastic accommodation right on the sprawling beach of beautiful Mossel Bay , which is why we stayed here for two years in a row. Luxuriously furnished rooms, very tasty breakfast and always friendly and helpful staff. We always felt very comfortable here and would stay here again anytime.
