Stunning base from which to explore the Oudtshoor area.

We used this resort as a base to explore the area. The camp grounds are lovely and extremely well maintained. Abloutions facilities are superb and extremely clean. Excellent laundry facilities. With 2 washing machines and tumble driers. The gardens are beautiful. The resort is very close to town, which is very convenient but very secure. There is a swimming pool restaurant and bar on site, and we watched the rugby in the restaurant . Wifi vouchers are provided, and there is excellent signal. We did Cango caves,ostrich farm and some passes from this base. The reception staff were so friendly. If ever in the area, this will be our base. Excellent resort.

A home far away from home at Kleinplaas Oudshoorn

We've recently had a wonderful stay at Kleinplaas Oudshoorn in a charming cottage, complete with a delicious breakfast eachin the morning. The hosts, Mr. and Mrs. Pienaar, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place was impeccably clean, and we truly felt at ease throughout our stay.
The beautiful surroundings added to the charm, and Kleinplaas served as an excellent base for exploring the area, especially with the stunning Swartberg Pass nearby.
We can’t wait to return for another visit! Hoping to see you again soon! Highly recommend!

Warm Hospitality and Beautiful Surroundings

Kleinplaas Holiday Resort is a charming destination located in the picturesque Karoo town of Oudtshoorn, Western Cape, South Africa. TWe slept in a comfortable r self-catering chalets and enjoued a delightful bed and breakfast services.
The owners are incredibly attentive and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere where guests can engage in enjoyable conversations for hours. Kleinplaas serves as an excellent base for exploring the wonders of the Little Karoo, with attractions such as the stunning Swartberg Pass just a short distance away. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, Kleinplaas Holiday Resort provides a memorable and enriching experience in a beautiful setting.

Amazing! A must stay!

Camping ground very big and sought after. We got our own key to the ablition block and it is VERY neat and clean. A quite atmosphere and walking distance from town. Swimming pool availible and big grass area for kids to play. A definate must stay!

Wonderful stay!

A wonderful stay. The establishment is very clean and comfortable and had all facilities that you require. Parking immediately outside the chalet. close to all facilities in Oudtshoorn. Sandra and her team very friendly. Will definitely stay there again!
