The room was so clean and the bathroom was clean as well

The Lodge itself was clean and is beautiful, however the trip to where it is located it is a gravel road. The place is far from the shops so If yih do not have a car I wouldn’t recommend it as bolting is going to be costly and it is noy easy to get Taxis. The gravel road is almost 11km.

I stayed 3 day at 1OAK Lodge

It was great the place was clean and amazing but bed light were not working and stuff was friendly there were too nice to us they welcome us in a nice way. But the only problem is that is hard to get to the place because of gravel road is hard to get transport maybe you can improve that by having your own transport for your guests it will be better.

Satisfactory

My partner and I were booked into a luxury room. Everything was working very well, except the aircon for which we believe that it was overpowered by the heat. In overall, everything was satisfying, I also loved the lady who welcomed us at the reception and the kitchen crew

there is always room for improvement

Cloud clean the pools better. Staff members were excellent, they did everything to ensure we were comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that your comfort and enjoyment were your top priorities. The check-in process was seamless, and the warm welcome set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The lodge’s ambiance and picturesque surroundings seemed to work their magic, providing the ideal backdrop for our romantic retreat. Your accommodations to be cozy and inviting, offering a peaceful sanctuary after our adventures throughout the day.
Your dedicated staff members were delighted to be of service to us during our stay.you take great pride in providing personalized attention to each of your guests, and I’m glad to say that we found their hospitality to be exceptional.
