Lind End Guest Farm

It was amazing, definitely going to return soon, the weather was perfect, we were able to swim, braai and take walks to surrounding places. Despite the power issues, we had a gas stove so we could continue making food.

Unclean

Cleanliness is a major issue at this place. The houses are good but are not thoroughly cleaned at all we stated there for 2 nights but the ladies did not properly clean the place. Considering the nature around the guest farm it creates mould and the windows had a lot of mould. The entrance glass door to the main house was so dirty. The owner needs to inspect these rooms before letting guests in. This place is so beautiful but the cleaners are letting the owner down big time.

Disappointing

Kitchen only has a small basin for 8 people’s dishes, only butter knives, crockery dirty in cupboards, toilet not working, no gas braai available for the patio.
Had to ask for toiletpaper.
Cleaner only comes in once early morning, then the dishes pile up until the next day, as there is no proper place to wash them and no dishwasher.
Overall a disappointing stay

Stay at Lind End

Hidden gem, the views were spectacular. The pool was clean. Very tranquil and refreshing. Private braai area. Netflix. The hotel could however improve on cleanliness. There is also a leak in the studio when it rains.

Pristine natural getaway

It was lovely to stay at this beautiful property for a weekend away. The views are stunning and the studio was a perfect cozy place for a couple of nights as we explored the area. The property has the basics one would like in a self catering with a few extra pleasant touches to make you feel at home. I would be happy to stay again the next time I’m in the area. The road in can be a little tough to get to the property, but we did alright in our polo. Take it easy and have patience and you will be rewarded with a tranquil beauty! Hosts are wonderful and kept in touch during our stay.
