Best experience ever.
We were Worried about the reviews written by previous guests. But the experience was too good. Good sunrise,mountain,city and lake view. Healthy moutain food. The hosts were too kind. They reccommeded us the places and also took us to the view tower. We will come here again.
(Note to the visitors:Please dont take advatages of these kind hosts. not every one scams. Some people really cares about others.)

Disgusting Scammers that serve tea in dirty cups that had been used as astray, not cleaned and then it got even worse
They served tea in cups that wasn't washed after being used as ashtrays!!! I could see the trases of ashes and smell the cigarette smell when I looked closer, no apologies, only rudeness and when the man came back with a new cup of tea, IT WAS THE SAME F#####G ASHTRAY TEA SERVED IN A DIFFERENT CUP!
No apologies and there where no apologies or signs of regret nor care!
So DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING HERE!
You don't know if you share a unwashed or dirty bowl, because it doesn't get clean just because you vipe it of with a rag. And to take paime t for that disgusting tea, and 250 nrs for heating the nudles my partner bought himself is absolutely disgusting! and you forced my partner to pay for you trying to poison us! I am too upset to even narrate everything of this horrific experience!
You are the only people that I have ever said this to, but you are absolutely disgusting!

#1 they took 1200 for a room that should have costed 1090.
#2 We got served one pot of milk tea where one of the cops we poured up tea in made the tea taste ashtray, we wanted a new cop and got back a new cop with the same tasting tea in.
#3 (1 cop of tea costs 65 npr, the pot held 2tkp and they wanted 200 for that)
#4 I bought 3packs of noodles in the store and asked for hot water so that I could eat them ( the noodle package costed 20npr each) they took the package to the kitchen and boiled them which I thought was nice, but they wanted 250 npr for it.
When I paid the bill I complained and eventually I paid 100 for the tea and i got the noodles for 100 npr.
#5 we took a short shower around 5pm and it was still wet and moist in the room at 10.30 am the day after.
#6 The rooms smells cigarette so if you have a hard time with that this hotel isn’t recommended.
#7 nice view over the lake.
#8 okay beds.
#9 The temperature in the rooms were slightly warmer than the average.
I would not recommend anyone to visit, I don’t know if it was because we were white people but it’s no idea speculate in the matter.
They were kind when we first came but after we complained about the tea we didn’t feel welcome at all by the older manager.
The lady and the younger man in the store were still welcoming and kind.
