Start of spring break in "Rainbow Prestige"))

Good time everyone!)))) Spring holiday week in Sochi started two days earlier than planned, stopped at the Rainbow Prestige (March 27-29, No. 52).
Classic 3-5 local room Comfort Triple without balcony on the 5th floor (window on the new building of the Rainbow Sanatorium (Russian Federal Reserve), breakfast buffet. The hotel is small, 5 floors (with elevator!!!), very cozy, with a home environment, friendly staff. The room is spacious enough, clean, not "tired", everything necessary for a full relaxation is available (even condoms)). Fast enough wifi. It has its own small parking in an enclosed patio (3 cars). In the patio - outdoor heated swimming pool, opening hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (overnight covered with film), free beach towels - at the reception desk, the rental of a bathrobe - 200 rubles (for the entire period of the hotel stay). Free mangal area with cocoon chairs/swing sofa. And not least for non-smoking guests – no smoking in rooms!))
A small restaurant on the 1st floor, with a small bar. Breakfasts are classic, no frills (minimalism), you won't stay hungry)). But lunches/dinners - quite!! Very deliciously prepared dishes, with soul (highly recommended homemade dumplings and khinkali!))
Good location of the hotel relative to the attractions: something in walking distance, something - by transport. Near the Rainbow Sanatorium (Russian Federal Reserve) and the Zapolary Sanatorium (Nornickel). Developed infrastructure: streets of "non-parade" Sochi, where one can walk for one pleasure; stops of public transport; grocery stores; market; "barbecue world"; shopping aisles, etc.
The hotel can safely be recommended for a quiet, relaxing stay for guests of any age. Soundproofing is perfectly fine (no neighbours, no doors slamming, no noise from the street). The uniform styling on the floors and the colour scheme of the interior were observed. Water cooler on each floor, leather sofas/armchairs in the halls, live trees/flowers in floor kashpo on flights of stairs and in the halls.
At the reception desk - information booklet, phone chargers from Yandex, beach towels.
Recommendations to management for consideration:
1. Add pancakes/pancakes, yogurt, seasonal fruit, pastries (at least croissants) to breakfasts.
2. Install a coffee machine in the restaurant. I think it's a small thing for a hotel. Agree, instant coffee is "yesterday")))
3. Replace beach towels)))

Hotel super duper!! Every year we're happy to go back to it. The atmosphere is like home. The food is delicious, the cleaning is done on a great! And the hotel itself is in a chic location, with mountain views. Hotel owners are very soulful and considerate people, I want to come back again and again!!

Collective farm for expensive

An old, murdered, filthy hotel. Breakfasts are scarce and not delicious. The transfer is not to the beach as promised, and does not work well yet. Staff can only be rude to criticism

great hotel

Everything was great. We're coming in January. We met, we walked. All the questions were answered. Every day they offered to clean our room, but we didn't piss in our room using the toilet and garbage bags. So they agreed to clean up on day four. Yes! The tambourine dance was not performed when they met. They didn't serve caviar for breakfast, otherwise it's decent. Curious to see those who write nasty reviews. Probably a grudge from school time.

Thank you, but second time to another hotel.

When choosing a room, only one of the three photographs corresponded to the actual condition of the room provided to us; the remaining photographs turned out to be from another room. Our room was a two-bedroom room, but you can call it "luxury" perhaps only because of the availability of two rooms. The safe in the room was locked, so we decided not to work out how to open it. The shower enclosure was leaking from below, and the shower system itself was leaking from above and spraying in different directions. However, the water pressure on the fifth floor was good and the water only disappeared twice during the stay. The toilet and sink were decorated in a floral pattern, which seemed to us an unusual, even strange solution. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked in circles, possibly due to the old age or shrinkage of the building.
Shield bugs regularly appeared in the room - throwing them out the window, but they came back as if they had room keys. The towels were changed regularly, but the cleaning was mediocre until we contacted the receptionist. Putting a blanket in a hotel blanket is apparently not the norm. The room was cleaned only twice in nine days and there was a layer of dust almost an inch under the bed.
The transfer in October had not been heard of, were moving on foot or car-sharing, the good was nearby. The Five and the 24-hour Magnet were within walking distance, but the rest of the infrastructure was at a decent distance and the road was not suitable for walking with children and a stroller.
The food in the hotel's cafe was enjoyed by many, and visitors thanked the staff. We thought lunches and dinners were pretty ordinary. For breakfast there were sausages, eggs (sometimes quickly disassembled), buckwheat, pasta, stewed vegetables, boiled eggs, cereal, cheese, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, porridge, buns, instant coffee and tea. For a fee, you could order brewed coffee. In general, for a hotel that just needs to spend the night and have breakfast, the meal is quite suitable. However, the price per night — more than 6,000 rubles at the end of October — seemed overpriced for this level of service.
Although the website states that the hotel is open 24/7, the receptionist was not in place when we left at 4am. A phone number was left in the lobby with instructions to leave the room keys in the flower pot.
