Good Level Hotel

The hotel is nice, cozy. Rooms are very clean and clean all the time. Nice European breakfasts. Convenient location of the hotel near the waterfront, the bridge of lovers. There's some pretty good restaurants nearby. For amateurs, the City Steam Rooms are not far away.

Sad old hotel

The inn is old, tired, dirty old surface, but the staff are friendly. The room doesn't even have a fridge, which is weird.

Hotel in a quiet centre

Always recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues , myself live in Tyumen and consider the hotel the best location for exploring the city , the most beautiful area of the city by the waterfront , the center near , in the same building a lovely cafe with wonderful breakfasts and one of the best fish restaurants of the city .
You can also walk to the pedestrian street , to the Philharmonic .

What a pity

The window did not close, the ventilation sounded like a jet engine, and there was a persistent smell of sewage. The staff did not respond to comments. It took a long time to check in, despite the group booking and the obvious absence of other guests.

They broke into the room at 6 am

We met with the family at the hotel between flights, but unfortunately one flight was canceled and the husband went to the airport alone, leaving his wife in the morning for a couple of hours for breakfast before the late transfer, and as a guest.
The hotel administration burst into the room at six in the morning, walked around the room despite the wife's undressed appearance and followed the principle, although there was an error and a simple misunderstanding when paying for the bar, and the husband was offline during the flight for a confirmation call.
I do not recommend the hotel due to offensive actions under pretext.
