Pure comfort with great view offer

The hotel is surrounded by stunning view of mountain and river. It's very beautiful day or night. Great atmosphere indeed. The room is cozy and beautiful with traditional Japanese arrangement. There is onsen service offer till midnight. Japanese traditional food is served for dinner and breakfast alike. Free wifi offer in the lobby area.

I can't wait to forget it.

My husband and I were looking forward to it.
I was prepared for some things,
Well, it was more than refreshing to see how much worse I was prepared to be.
The staff is dark and unfriendly.
Everything I eat tastes bad.
The water in the public bath is too hot to enter.
The open-air baths are dark and almost water.
What surprised me the most was that the customer was eating, but the kitchen-style person would knock the leftover tray next to him into the garbage bin and drop the leftovers.
It seemed to be easy to wash the dishes.
The good thing was that the room was spacious and there was an air purifier.
I'd like to refresh myself

Jackpot!

The hotel was old and seemed to have been renovated from a one-room apartment. The service included a welcome drink, and the buffet had a lot of delicious food such as crab and sushi, so it was very good. Everyone was very happy when they left. I would like to visit again!

This was a very strange place. It is rather isolated and the rooms are not in an enclosed structure rather it has several floors around an open courtyard - reminded me of a prison building. This was fine in the summer but would be cold in the winter. The hotel as obviously seen better days - there has been some attempt at renovation with new wall paper on one wall but it is really tired. The bathroom smelt so bad I chose to shower downstairs in the communal indoor bath area. There is a very small kitchen area but no plates/pans etc. I booked the hotel as it advertised an outside hot spring. On the day I arrived this was closed, I asked if it would be open the next day but was advised it would still be closed (the hotel still charged me tax for hot springs when I checked out). As I had not booked an evening meal I was told I couldn't use the restaurant and had to walk 15 minutes in the rain to a convenience store for dinner. I didn't feel particularly welcomed by the staff. I have never written such a negative review, I'm usually impressed by the quality and service in Japanese hotels. This hotel is not worth the price, I would have preferred a standard business hotel to this one.

建物は古いですが、清掃は行き届いていました。
シャワーヘッドの穴が全部空いていないようで、水量が少なく、空いている穴のお湯も変な方向に向けて出ていました。
料理は、夕食、朝食共にとても美味しくいただけました。
ただ1つ残念だったのは、カニの身が細くて食べ応えがなかった事です。
