The perfect hotel for a base for Furano and Biei sightseeing

Based at the Furano Naturalax Hotel, the group took a sightseeing bus to Biei's Shikisai no Oka, Shirahige Falls, and Blue Pond, enjoyed lavender fields and cafes in Nakafurano's Farm Tomita, and enjoyed a flower tour of Furano's windy gardens. The Norokko was also in its last year, so it was great to be close to the station.
Furano and Biei also have many favorite eateries such as Yuiga Hito-son, Furano French Bamboo, Sushi restaurant Takahashi, Tomikawa Seimen, Kodamaya, Shimozono Coffee, Amadeus and Beer Hills, and if you get tired from walking, you can take a break at Furano Marche. If you take the flight home late, Asahiyama Zoo can drop by easily.
Nearby are Ral's Mart and Tsuruha Drugs, and a little shopping is stress-free.
The facilities and staff are impeccable, and if you want to enjoy Furano and Biei, I think this is the perfect base hotel.

Simply Terrible

My husband & I recently spent 2 nights at this Hotel during our driving tour of Hokkaido. From the outside, Natulux looked impressive & we had high expectations. However, stepping into the lobby/reception area felt like we had stumbled into a budget hotel...everything looked "cheap"! After checking in and receiving our keys, the next shock came when we entered our room. It was shoebox sized, and the first thing that greeted us was the washbasin/vanity, right smack along the passage leading to the bedroom. The bathroom was so small that they had to bring the basin out! And next, one side of the bed was abut to the wall which means that if I slept inside & wanted to use the bathroom at night, I had to crawl over my husband! Other items in the room looked dated, the curtains smelt musty & even the bedsheets were stained. The bathroom had a sewer smell...no wonder they provided a bottle of room deoderiser in the wardrobe. All in all, I would only give this Hotel 2 stars and the most frustrating part is that we were charged 5 star rates. Breakfast was also a let down, and even though they offered a choice of Japanese or Western, both were equally disappointing!

Very friendly staff with free parking

The staff were very friendly and helpful, for example, sharing with us that heat warning was in effect. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, a small hot bath and sauna room, and free parking. Our double room faces the road and has a good view of the houses and fields afar. We didn’t hear any sound from outside. The quality and quantity of the breakfast is good.
The room is small and the bed not the most comfortable. We were inly able to sleep better on our second night when the air-conditioner was set to 20C and speed to strong from the default of 25C and speed auto.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel

On the reception, there is a lady reception who is very helpful and friendly, on the contrary, there is also one of her co-worker who is not so friendly .
The room is pretty decent, though on the smaller side . There’s only enough space to open up a 28" luggage but u can’t leave it open cos u will not have space to walk. We got a room with good view that facing the main road where the Furano JR station Is just opposite.
There’s free parking space next to the hotel and opposite the hotel. Eatery shop and convenient stores are nearby.

I'm glad you took care of me.

Planning a trip to Hokkaido to commemorate the silver wedding,
Traveled to Sapporo with Furano and Biei
They'll give us a room on the top floor, message cards, potpourri, whatever.
Thank you for your time and for the staff.
You've been very thoughtful.
This time I went around by rental car,
Close to the station, good location, parking space
There's plenty. There's no stress.
I'd love to come back if I had the chance.
